Bloodstained Nightmare
I stepped forward, following the radiant light blooming from a corner of darkness. Nervousness gripped me as uncertainty loomed over what awaited – a dream, an illusion, or perhaps a nightmare. Regardless, I pressed on toward an unknown destination.
Upon entering, the brightness momentarily blinded me, much like clouds obstructing vision. As my eyes adjusted, I found myself in my room.
"Why my room?" I pondered, briefly expecting something different, maybe a glimpse into my old life. Eventually, I dismissed the thought and began jumping on the bed until an ongoing conversation prompted me to hide inside the closet.
"Why am I even hiding?" I questioned, unsure of the impulse guiding my actions.
