I could recognize those marks anywhere. The teeth of those bloodsucking animals would not be different from people anyway. It was the same puncturing wounds on the junction of the neck. The entire jaw, no matter how many teeth, would be clamped down on you, sinking in more and more to the maximum blood out of you.
It must have been the same for her, especially when her wounds appeared fresh in comparison to mine.
"Genevieve?" I jumped when I felt his hand touch my wrist. I was used to his touch but not to the sensations that came with it.
"Y-yes?" I cleared my throat to cover the small stammer. "What is it?"
He raised his right eyebrow, "You should tell me that, where have you gone?" He pointed to his temple telling me that he was talking about my mind.
"Nothing," I chuckled nervously. I was going to tell him that. "You.. Why did you call me here?" My voice grew quieter by the end of his sentence because I felt his red eyes darken.
