Luna only looked up with a struggle and realized that she did mistake to drink from Nimrod's water bottle. She just nodded while her coughing frenzy stopped but she had difficulty in breathing.

"Hold still. Hold still. This might hurt." he said while bringing her up the large couch and made her lie down.

"I can't breathe, Nimrod. I can't." she said in shaky voice.

"Closed your eyes, Luna." he commanded and didn't wait for her to do so as he began to speak in strange tongue again while hovering his hand above her opened lips.

Luna saw him chanted words in concentration and once again his eyes dilated and focused before she felt an alarmingly painful crawling from her chest then to her throat. She produced a tearless cry, begging him to stop what he was doing. Her frame thrashed wildly but his strong hold prevented her to send him away from her. The pain was as if designed to kill her and she thought Nimrod was killing her now. For unknown reason she wanted to kick him out her house for betraying her but when she found herself thrown to the embrace of the man while she continued to throw up bloody mucus from her mouth that it stained Nimrod's shirt. She felt his hand caressed her back gently, whispering her something on her ear while she continued to throw up for more. Until she felt herself unburdened of the pain from her body.

"That's right. You're alright now, agi." Nimrod said while gently caressing the back of her head.

Breathing normally now, Luna felt like a loosened jelly on his arms while she stared at the scarlet mess on his shirt and on the floor. She closed her eyes momentarily as if not wanting to feel such potent pain she just had a while ago.

"What happened to me?" she finally voice out in an ugly scratchy voice.

Nimrod slowly distanced himself from her and let her comfortably leaned at the couch backrest. He gently caressed the sweat away from her forehead and the stained from the corner of her mouth with his thump. She had no idea why he seemed to have lost all the blood from his face now while he kept on mumbling in the language she can't fathom.

Then he bowed down and rested his head to her lap while he sat on the floor. His hands found her own and she felt the slight tremor in there. She felt bad on the dirt to his shirt that she caused.

"You drank from my bottle, Luna." he spoke after a while, still had his head to her lap.

"It seemed that way."

"Apparently, my fluids or my bloods are lethal poison to your kind." he said in silent tone.

Luna looked up in wonder then since she was sure to have taken just a tiny amount of Nimrod's saliva from his own bottled water. But the effects on her body felt like thousands of knife striking her insides.

"You almost died right into my fucking face." he said in contempt.

Luna then slowly raised her hand to his head now and caressed it.

"But you saved me."

"It's only a matter of seconds." he continued.

"You saved me, Nimrod." she said again before she felt herself pulled down to the floor and sat on his lap, enclosed to his embrace now. His head right on her neck, allowing her to hear his roughened breathing. She smiled to that and hugged him back.

"Thank you so much, Agi-ah. For saving a little clumsy human being." she said with humor before she finally heard him chuckle.

"Clumsy smidgen." he said, still not letting go of her frame. "I'm sorry it hurts you."

"Yeah. It actually felt like hell." she said. "Are those my actual blood?"

"Those are bad blood already infected with poison. I forced it to bleed out from your veins." he said.

"No wonder it was painful. The cure are supposed to be suiting, Nimrod-ah." she pouted.

"I have no time for that. It was spreading rapidly." he said while distancing himself from her now. " But your veins will self heal after a while."

"I thought you're cursing me to death a moment ago after you hear my auras' colors." she said in almost whisper since they were very close in proximity.

"I did curse. Not on you." he said. "What are the odds, smidgen? Looks like you are a starseed from Pleiades constellation. Orion's greatest enemy of all times." he smiled helplessly.

Luna actually heard that from Bret. That she did belong to a large starseed who were at war with a particular constellation, ruling the realms of stars. Bret always mentioned her as one starseed princess which she always dismissed as bull. But now that even Nimrod was being specific about which starseed she belonged, she might be closed into believing it.

"So am I a pleiadean?" she asked almost sounding crazy to her very own ears.

"Looks like it. No wonder you like that constellation so much." he said and caressed her cheeks gently with some thoughts running across his mind which he didn't notice that he was mumbling in strange language again.

"What are you saying now? Hmm?" she asked, still unbothered of her position on his lap.

Nimrod only shook his head, drowned his thoughts away. "How are you feeling now, smidgen?" he asked.

"Better now but I think I needed to clean up the mess I did here." she said.

He only scoffed at her but casted a spell to fix everything around in snap fingers.

"Whoa." she said. "It's pretty convenient to have an alien around here." she said.

Nimrod stood up along with her and made her sat back on the couch. "You need to sleep, smidgen." he said.

"I think I can't sleep after what happen." she said.

"Then...allow me to put you into sleep." he said.
