Chapter 4

"Can I stay at night here?" He said.

"No you can't. We don't know you. How can you think of it?" I said. Grandma stopped me.

"He can." Grandma said.

"We don't reject someone who needs help. So you can stay Robin." She said. I called grandma to talk to her in private.

"Grandma how can you trust him? I don't think it's any good idea to give him shelter." I said.

"You are the one who has brought him here. Now how can we tell him to leave?" She said with an anger. Suddenly someone knocked the door.

"Open the door." Someone said from the outside of the door.

"Maybe my friends have come." Robin said and quickly opened the door.

"Wait. Let us check first." I was too late. He opened the door without any checking.

"Here you are. We will be rich if we capture you. Now come with us." A guy holds a knife to Robin's throat. He had one more guy with him.

"What are you doing?" I screamed.

"None of your business. If you try to stop us you will pay for it. You will die, understand?" They said.

"Oh really, let's see then." I took my sword and fought with them. I was well trained. They were failed to defeat me. I make them unconscious.

"Oh great. Thanks Alex. You saved me twice." He said and I hold my sword to his throat.

"Aaa.... What are you doing?" He got scared.

"Tell me, who are they? Why did they wanted to capture you?" I Asked.

"Calm down. They were just kidnappers." He said.

"Then who are you? Why did they say that they will be rich if they capture you? You said your father is just a soldier." I said.

"Prince Frank, thank God that you are safe. We searched for you everywhere." Two guys ran to my house.

"Prince? What Prince?" Me and my grandma became confuse.

"I'm sorry for not telling the truth. Actually, I am Prince Frank." Robin said.

"Prince Frank!?" I shocked. He is the Prince of this kingdom? I gave shelter to my enemy? I saved him twice?

"Who are you how did you get this sword?" Suddenly one of the Prince's Bodyguard asked me about my sword.

"I found this in the river. Why did you ask?" I tricked them. I hope they will think that the princess had died or something.

"Sorry, my bad. Actually it was the previous princess's sword. I think she died." He said. They were going to leave. But the Prince suddenly stopped.

"Alex I made a decision. From now on, you will be my personal Bodyguard." He said made me shook. Grandma looked at me with a worry in her face.

"I'm so sorry my prince. I can't leave my grandma alone." I said.

"You are rejecting me? How dare you? My decision is final. No one can reject it. If you want your grandma can live with you in the Palace. I want you to come with me now." He said and left our house. A soldier was waiting for us to come with him. What did I do? I helped him, and now I troubled myself.

" Come quickly. Didn't you hear the prince? " The soldier shouted.

"Don't shout! We need some time to pack our clothes." Grandma said made the soldier stop. Grandma called me in her room to help her. Actually she called me for discussion.

"Look what have you done, you got into trouble. That's why I alert you about strangers. Now The God's know what will happen." She said.

"I'm so sorry for that. I should be more careful." I said made my head down.

"Now what will I do with your sorry?" She said and began to pack her clothes.

"Can't we escape from here?" I asked.

"Don't be silly. If we tried to run away, they will notice this. Then they will think that we are criminals or something. How could you think of this ridiculous plan?" She said and again started to pack her clothes. I understood that she was going to live in the Palace. Maybe I should do whatever she says. I also began to pack my clothes.

We left our small peaceful house. I don't know what is waiting for us. We came to the Palace. I came here again. It is my home. I was born here, played here, grew up in this Palace. I left this Palace about 3 years ago. From that day I never came back. Never saw my home for once. It turned into my dream. I never thought of coming back here.

"Welcome to our Palace." Prince Frank came to us. Then talked about the kingdom and praised of his evil father. I heard with a silence, didn't say a thing.

"OK, now I'm going. I'm a prince you know. I have many things to do. The guards will take you to your room." He said and left. The guards took me to my room. My grandma's room was beside mine. The guards gave me the Bodyguard's outfit. They said me to wear it and go to the Prince's room. I did as they said. They took me to the Prince's room. Actually it used to be my room. They didn't have to show me this room. I entered my previous room again.

"Oh you have come. What took you so long? Now listen, your duty is not only my Bodyguard but also my assistant. Your duty is from 6am to 11pm. You have to stay with me always. Hope you understand." I heard and nodded my head. I looked around. He changed my room. It was all purple but he changed it into blue. He changed the furniture and everything.

" What are you looking at? " He asked.

"Your room is very beautiful, my Prince." I had nothing to say at that moment.

"It have to be. After all it's a Prince's room." He said I felt like someone was hammering in my heart.
