And just like that winter break came and went, bringing the start of the 3rd and final semester for us.

It's finally the year of 2018, the year of disaster after disaster, what better way to expect the year than expecting disasters to happen any moment now.

The first disaster of the year just so happened to be the start of school again after winter break.

And as we took our seat in the classroom Gojo burst through the door with a smiling expression and started with saying "Hey hey hey guess what we're going to do this week and the next"

He pauses and seeing no one answering he just continues with his cheerful personality "Next week is our annual Goodwill Event between Tokyo and Kyoto." He then pointed to us before asking "Are you excited?"

Gojo seeing our indifferent expressions just smiles and says "of course you are, how couldn't you be"

He pauses once again before saying "But before that we have something special just for you first years. It's a re-evaluation! Today is just the day that keeps on giving isn't it"

Panda, Toge and Maki were quite shocked at getting an re-evaluation and quite excited to boot to. It's like getting tested to see if you're eligible to be promoted.

"Wait why are we getting Tested again, is it due to the previous war with Geto" Panda ask curious as to why they were getting evaluated once again.

Gojo just simply wiggled his index finger left and right "Nope it's thanks to your selfless classmate Ashy-kun right over here"

"Due to him being the one to finish off Geto they decided to reward him and he chose to get each one of you re-evaluated. Although the higher ups complained they couldn't go back on their words and so they complied"

The other were shocked once again, Panda curious then asked me "Why would you waste your reward on us when you could have had use it for something better for yourself'

I just simply shrugged "cause I really had no need for it, the higher up couldn't ever give me something I wanted and I really didn't need anything.

At first I was just going to use it for Maki but then I thought that since the beginning until now everyone has gotten stronger in one way or another so I figured why not"

Gojo then intervened and said "So get ready and I'll take you to meet your supervisor who will be there to take care of you and say whether you're eligible or not to get a promotion

Maki since you're from the Zenin Clan, Naobito Zenin has decided to be your supervisor for this test

Panda, you will be working with with First grade sorcerer Atsuya Kusakabe, be sure to get along.

And Toge you will be assigned to First grade sorcerer Kento Nanami, he's a sweetheart so make sure to take care of him."

And with that Gojo just started waving as he walked to the door and leave.

~Pov change: Omni pov~

After Gojo left everyone just sighed and Maki,Panda and Toge got up and left the classroom as well to go find their respective supervisors and get their promotion started.

Maki was the first to leave for her test as Naobito Zenin was already waiting for her in the principals office while chugging a gourd full of liquor.

When Naobito saw the door opening he was surprised as he didn't detect anyone coming towards where he was and when he saw it was Maki he was quite shocked

'Don't tell me she became the same as him, but how there's no way to change a Heavenly Restriction. What the hell did that brat do' The Zenin clan leader thought still quite shocked at not being able to detect Maki.

"What the hell did you do brat?" He asked while chugging on his drink

Maki simply raised a brow and asked "What do you mean"

"You know what I mean don't try to act smart" Naobito said while holding his liquor and looking at Maki, finally noticing that she looks a little different. He just shook his head and said "It looks like you really did go through an upgrade when you came to Jujutsu High" and went back to drinking

Maki just smirked without saying anything and continued to look at the clan leader waiting for him to get a move on with a hand on her hip.

Naobito not seeing Maki carrying anything asks "No weapon?"

"Don't worry about it" Maki says while turning around and walking out so the old man can follow.

Naobito seeing her act so brazen just grumbles "these brats they go away for a bit and they forget their manners, well it's her funeral"

He then gets up and starts to follow Maki and when he reaches her he started to lead her to where a group of 2nd grade curses and first grade curses appears, It just so happens to be a cemetery.

Once there He turns to Maki and goes "Well do you're thing."

Maki seeing him just standing there just shakes her head "Tsk useless old man" Maki then tilts her head slightly up and her throat started to expand. (A/n: 😏)

And as it expanded slightly a black orb came out of her mouth. That orb then started to expand itself slightly, it was releasing it's own tail that it ate. That's right the orb is the curse worm inventory spirit Ash gave her and she keeps it in her stomach to keep her from getting detected

Once the curse spirit spit itself out, it coiled around Maki and finally laid it's head on her shoulder.

Naobito seeing the curse spirit just narrows his eyes at it 'Seriously couldn't they be any more similar, she probably has all his weapons as well, she's turning into one tough cookie' he thought to himself before chugging even more liquor

Maki then reached her hands by the mouth of the spirit, the spirit started to spit out a 3 section staff which Maki grabbed and started to twist it around in a really fast motion

She started running inside the cemetery and twirling around playful cloud knocking the head off any curse she made contact with

She was going so fast that all you saw were after images of her and her weapon going from one curse to another

Naobito Zenin seeing this just thought to himself 'Another monster is born from our clan let's hope it doesn't come to be the same case as Toji, though going by how things are going I don't doubt it wouldn't be the case.'

It took Maki 2 minutes for her to finish every single curse in the cemetery, to take out all the second grade curses it took her 30 seconds but to take out the other first grade curse spirits it took her a minute and 30 second, which from an outsiders perspective would have been impossible.

When Maki came infront of her Clan leader she didn't have a single drop of blood on her. For Maki this was just a walk in the park or in her case the cemetery and when she stood infront of Naobito she just put on a big smile and said "So am I getting the promotion or what?".

"HAHAHAHA, you brat, sure, sure, you can have your promotion" Naobito was amused by her display of power and her sass after it, that he couldn't help but laugh.

Maki just smirked as she started to walk out of the cemetery after putting away her weapon and curse spirit as well, which signify the end of her test which she pass with flying colors.

~scene change: Earlier Today~

Toge can be seen walking with Nanami towards a school and once in the vicinity he started to detect a strong curse spirit with alot of curse energy and based on it Toge could tell it was a top first grade curse

When he express his concerns with rice balls ingredients, Nanami just explained "Being a first grade sorcerer is more than just power, it's also about how well you can cooperate with other sorcerers of the same league to take care of a potential threat together"

Hearing this Toge just nodded showing that he understood.

Once they arrived outside the school the first thing Nanami did was set up a curtain and once it was up they both went towards the source of the curse energy

In the school yard what they found was a curse spirit the size of a toddler but what was weird about it was it's comedically large hands disproportionate to it's body

The first thing the curse did when it saw them was launch itself towards them using its hands to give itself a push against the ground.

When it arrived infront of them the curse turned his hands into fist and punch both of them at the same time sending them flying as they weren't quick enough to react.

Seeing them flying the curse then started hopping on one leg and then it would jump into the other like some sort of dance while clapping it's big hands together, clearly happy by what it accomplished.

*CLAP* *CLAP* *CLAP* *CLAP*

"CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP"  the curse spirit said in a disoriented childish tone mimicking the sound of his claps

Even though they weren't able to dodge it the weren't exactly hurt either, both Toge and Nanami managed to reinforce themselves with curse energy so they weren't exactly hurt. Thanks to that they managed to land safely.

Now that they both reinforced themselves, they started running towards it. Toge lowered his Neck sleeve and just shouted "STOP"

Which froze the curse making it stand still while being on one foot. Nanami took this opportunity to grab the blunt blade of his from his back pocket.

Using his technique Nanami striked the curse on it's left giant arm making it bend a weird way making a bone rip right through it's skin.

"Arrrrrrgghhhhhhhh" the curse screamed in a high pitch voice due to the pain.

And just when Nanami made contact with the curse it stopped Inumaki's spell from working

When it stopped working the first thing the curse did was turn it's right hand into a large fist swung it in a fast motion towards Nanami for causing it such pain

Inumaki seeing this just turned towards Nanami and said "DUCK"

Which made Nanami transform into a duck which was small enough to avoid the fist or so it happened in an alternate universe

What really happened was Nanami quickly dropping to one knee avoiding the fist, when the fist went over his head Nanami quickly brought his blunt blade and aimed it upwards and into the elbow of the right arm of the curse making the bone once again rip right through the skin and sticking itself outside

When the curse cried out in pain it tried to jump to get away but Toge stopped it right on time and exorcized it right away "Implode" the curse then started to swell larger than normal and when it was swelling Nanami used that time to get away.

Once he was far away enough the curse exploded, shooting off splatters of blood everywhere.

Nanami seeing the curse exorcized just turned to Toge and said "Good job... and congratulations on the promotion"

Toge hearing this just pumped his fist to the side quietly. And with that Toge got his promotion.

~Scene Change: Earlier Today~

Panda and Atsuya Kusakabe can be seen walking through a park while talking.

Atsuya Kusakabe was the first to speak "I'm sure due to the recent war you learned that curse spirits aren't the only enemies of the jujutsu world.

Curse users are a pretty big deal, for example today were are hunting a curse user Hari Sakuhin his curse technique is called Needle Works and from the name you can guess what it does

It just mostly deals with acupunctures."

Panda just nodded.

"But there's more to the test then hunting curse users you got to protect the target from them as well, which is quite difficult but if you got what it takes you'll easily be promoted" Kusakabe quickly explained

By the end of the park there's an old man sitting down on a bench as if he was waiting for someone.

Kusakabe then turned to Panda when he saw the old man and said "This old man hear is our contractor he hired us to keep him safe from The curse user in case he attacks which he probably, will so keep a look out" Panda once again nodded.

And with that Panda started his promotion test and while following the old man and protecting him he saw at the corner of his eyes a shiny object glistening while taking aim at the old man

Panda quickly moved and got infront of the old man protecting him from a bunch of needles that came flying towards them.

Thanks to his quick action panda saved the old man and when he looked over his shoulder to where the needles came from he saw a being on the trees taking out more needles but before The curse user Hari could use them Panda attacked

Seeing Panda coming towards him Hari quickly threw new needles at Panda trying to paralyzed him.

Unfortunately for him such things don't work for Panda as he was a cursed corpse.

Panda doesn't have acupuncture the curse user could take advantage of.

Panda quickly threw a fast right hook towards Hari completely knocking him out. Normally such actions wouldn't be that easy but thanks to Panda's physique he was just the right opponent for Panda, making it easy to get close and not take alot of damage.

The rest of the day Panda spent it protecting the old man and when night time came around Kusakabe said to panda "Congratulations you passed. You are eligible for a promotion, you are now a Grade 1 sorcerer"

Panda hearing this then started crying and hugged Kusakabe "WAAAAAHHHHH thank you, thank you, thank you,"

And with that Maki, Toge, and Panda have officially become first grade sorcerers.

I totally rushed Panda's part if you can tell it was already getting to long for my liking and I wanted to finish this in one chapter so the next one would be about the Goodwill event.

And I have an announcement to make 🥳🥳🥳🎊🎉🎉🎉🎊

"HEAR YE, HEAR YE, COME ONE, COME ALL FOR I HAVE MADE ANOTHER FANFIC"

I haven't posted it yet obviously but ya, I already made like 3 chapters of it.

It's about 'Eminence of Shadow' and I'm using everything I learned about making a fanfic to make this one good.

Basically it's about a guy that get's reincarnated into Minoru (Cid's previous life) prepares himself to be an even better Shadow than Cid was going to be and goes off to die exactly where Minoru originally died and when he does it successfully he gets the powers of the Shadow Monarch and gets reincarnated again but this time as Cid.™️

Pretty interesting, right, Ik Ik praise me.

The only problem is that I don't have a name for it yet (could use some help)
