Monster extermination and Bandit annihilation

After settling down Colin wrote another letter to the knights academy for withdrawal of Gabriel's admission due to sudden awakening of powers in him.

He asked Ian to send this letter via the pigeon because Gabriel has already sent his own pigeon. Ian sent the letter by attaching it to a pigeon.

The day passed by with nothing special happening and the 7 members were shown a place to train. According to the cultivation realms they all are in Territorial realm 3 or 4. They did not have any cultivation powers but were just fighters.

The next day...

"Since Nudrum needs time to forge us armors, we have to go hunting monsters and bandits without any protection." said Evelyn.

"That won't stop us because we are in a hurry to level up." said Ian.

The family assembled in Lord's room to talk about the monster extermination and bandit annihilation.

"Yes, we have already told the people that we will be going to hun them today." said Gabriel punching his fist on left hand.

Colin added by saying "if the cult appears being powerless will cost us."

Everyone agreed on that point.

The 7 people assembled in the main hall and are waiting for Colin and his family to arrive there.

Gabriel was most excited because if he reaches the City realm by hunting monsters and bandits then no one would dare to go against him.

He came to know that the students in the superhero academy are arrogant and spoiled. He understood that is the reason why Thermal Warrior and Shark Lord turned out like that.

The family made their way to the main hall where the 7 of them were present. Gabriel came forward and said "From today you guys will be made the first unit of Lord's private soldiers and will be called "The Dark Wing". You will be following my commands and train according to them.

Today you will all be coming with us to hunt those monsters and bandits for you to get strong. As for Nudrum, you can start preparing armors for all as soon as we come back."

"As you wish, my lord." replied Nudrum bowing.

Gabriel opened the status window and added all 7 of them into the party the 4 of them were so that they will also get experience and level up while fighting.

Colin stepped forward and declared "Do not let any monster or bandit escape from the northern part of this village".

"Yes, my lord" the 7 of them shouted to express their agreement.

The 4 members of the family and the 7 people made their way down the cliff, where Liam and the other guards were waiting.

"My Lord, will you reconsider it once more." asked Liam trying to change Colin's mind.

"I told you that we will take care as promised because we have attained new powers." said Colin.

"I know but-----"

"Listen, if you are worried about our father, then don't because the people need your protection rather than my father presently." said Ian asserting command.

"I won't try to change your mind anymore. I will be waiting for the good news." said Liam bowing to Colin.

"Okay, guard the people properly." said Colin.

The family made their way to the northern cliffs where the new farms have appeared. It took 20 minutes and they arrived at the farms.

In a distance, they saw the monsters hordes running towards them as they have sensed human presence.

"Stupid and rabid creatures." said Gabriel changing his hands into two guns.

Ian brought out his tamed creatures while Colin and Evelyn took out their respective weapons.

As soon as the monsters which consisted of Demon Bears, Gigantic Porcupines, Fire Breathing Comodo Dragons and Poison Hawks came into the shooting range, Gabriel started raining primal energy bullets.

The monsters started dying too quickly. The experience bar kept on increasing. Ian sent his tamed creatures against the monsters'.

The rainbow wolves sent fire, water, wind attacks at the same time. Dark eagles used Dark cutters to cut down some of the monsters. Th shadow panthers accumulated into shadows of the monsters and killed them like pigs.

Colin used his new spell Sharp Rock Impaler. The rocks changed shape into sharp swords and started piercing the monsters. Many monsters died due to that.

Evelyn used the new Blunt Crusher power and released a powerful wave of energy which acted as a blunt mace to crush the bodies and faces of the creatures.

The 7 of them were most shocked at seeing the way their lord and his family fighting. It was a one sided massacre. The 7 of them were fighting and it is taking 3 to 4 hits before monsters were killed but the 4 of them killed the monsters with just one blow.

The 4 of the reached Level 9 in another half an hour. The monster horde showed no signs of thinning down.

They kept on coming to kill the people there. The 7 members of the dark wing have ascended to Level 6 with much effort.

The only reason they grew two levels is because experience is being shared to them as they were a party.

The primal energy decreased as the 4 of them kept on using it but as soon as they level up it is replenishing. It was a terrifying thing that no one knew. Only the 4 of them knew about it.

Ian decided not to tame any of these guys because they had demonic qualities more than monster qualities.

More hundreds of monsters came to kill the humans present there.

"The experience we are getting is decreasing , we can at most reach Level 10." whispered Gabriel turning his hands into two swords.

"Yeah, we should kill them quickly because the primal energy can get exhausted." Evelyn whispered to others.

Gabriel ran towards the incoming creatures and started cutting them down. The heads started falling down too easily. Gabriel enjoyed quick level up rather than taking effort to level up.

That is the reason why he took Investigator class and Devastator class. These two classes gain high experience compared to other classes.

The others also used weapons and started fending them off. In the next 30 minutes, the numbers decreased and the entire family levelled up to Level 10. They got new skills

The people of the Dark Wing levelled to Level 7. The remaining monsters were afraid and tried to run but Gabriel used the guns to kill all of them.

The people in the dark wing felt that they have become more powerful than before. They understood that it has something to do with Lord's family.

"Monster extermination completed." said Gabriel turning back his hands to normal.

"Only the bandits are left to kill." Colin said while cleaning his sword.

They looked at the map and found the bandit camp a kilometer away.

"Let's not be hasty. It seems like they are openly sitting there to lure us." said Gabriel.

"It's obvious. They thought we would fall into their trap. They should think again." said Ian.

The two brothers deduced the bandits plan to lure them into a trap.

"I don't think that's the real camp. The real camp might be somewhere else." said Evelyn.

They checked the map further and found big red dot 4 kms away.

"Now, we will directly go there and slaughter them all." said Gabriel with excitement.

According to the map, they took an alternate map which is a side road on the cliffs and approached the camp.

The bandits who saw them approaching alerted the other bandits. They all came out with all types of weapons. No one had any powers luckily.

There was bloodbath as Gabriel kept on cutting their heads, while the others also killed in other ways.

The experience they got was high and they ascended to Level 15 in 15 minutes. The bandit leader came out and saw the massacre.

He took out his Great Axe and charged at the family and Dark Wing. Colin used the spell and impaled the head of the bandit leader with just one attack.

They got 50% experience for that. The Dark Wing members reached level 9 due to the killing of bandits.

In this world, the levelling up has become too easy for them and they felt happy about it. They took the impaled head and made their way to the village.

They threw the bandit leader head in the square.

Gabriel came and announced "This is the head of the bandit leader as we have promised the monsters and bandits are no more."

The people cheered as soon as Gabriel announced that monsters are dead along with the bandits.

"Now, the jobs will be posted in another 2 hours. Get ready to work a lot." said Gabriel.

The family made their way to the mansion along with Dark Wing members.

Nudrum was ordered to prepare armors and Colin said that he would hire people for assisting him.

The dark wing members took the job post papers and posted them at the notice board in the square.

The people rushed to apply for different jobs. The salary offered was high.

The family got two more powers after levelling to Level 15. They also got an icon on the window which is the special event.

The special event is where they enter the pocket dimension and hunt monster waves and a powerful boss after them.
