He was Trained Differently

I'm facing the powerful mage who could follow Pawzer's speed. The one whom Pawzer was afraid of. I'm sure he's much stronger than anyone I have ever faced. Maybe he's even around the same level as Timmy.

This mage is not a master level mage. And from how it felt, I don't think he has reached the stage beyond master level like Timmy did. But he should be very close to that level.

Also, someone whose magic level is higher doesn't mean that they will win in a fight even if it's against someone who is on a lower level than him. Just like how we usually did long before any of us reached master level.

Thanks to the knowledge from the future about magic control, many of us could become stronger than someone who is higher level than us. And just like that, this guy could even be stronger than Timmy.
