　　"What is that?" Lyne asked Zeidan who stood up abruptly.

　　"I don't know but I'm not sure it's good." He replied, turning sideways to look at her from the corner of his eyes. She was starting to get worried.

　　But she heard something faint. It was like a whisper but very distant. It was Zeidan's voice but he wasn't moving his lips.

　　“damn, it's a war. I should have known. Now, I have to protect my family.”

　　"Family? You're accepting our baby?"

　　She asked but he looked back, eyes widened.

　　"You can hear my thoughts?"

　　"I guess. I heard you say it..."

　　"You can hear my thoughts!" He smiled broadly and embraced her warmly. "You have my powers."

　　Before she could say anything, another loud beat was heard, making her heart skip.

　　"Zeidan?"

　　Zeidan released her and walked to the door. "I don't think it's something serious, so I'll just go and check."

　　"Zeidan, it's a war." She pointed out, arching a brow.
