First three

Well let's see , I have already read the novel dozens of times because of my beloved princess so I pretty much remember alll of it.

Except for the only princess of Veron empire , there is the main protagonist Lilian Breterge , she is the daughter of Duke Breterge . She is most pure and kind soul in the entire empire according to the novel . But she would appear three years later from now on.

Next there are two male leads , first one is the archduke of North Lord Theodore del Tanscine. Then the second one is the black knight captain sir Milar Schoren.

I personally don't like either of them . They were strong but they didn't care about anything else except Lilian.

I'm more interested in the side characters who ended up dead in the love triangle of those idiots.

My first favorite was the master of the assassin's guild Ronald , his true name was Ronnie Durk , pretty similar though.

Then there's the personal knight of the princess sir Derek Sharon. He was a slave in the past . The princess saved him and gave him a last name and position in the palace.

Sir Derek was loyal to the princess till his last breath , he was killed by Theodore by taking the blame for killing attempt of Lilian instead of the princess.

And lastly there's the emperor Galiandre shin istra Schimarine. He loved his only daughter dearly. But I wonder why he didn't stop the princess's executions , I don't really remember that last part I wonder why though.....

"Princess , His majesty is requesting to see you"

I was surprised by the voice. I turned around and saw another maid with a calm expression standing there near the door. She wasn't the one in the morning , but somehow she seems different than the previous one.

"Princess?"

"oh!"

I was lost for a moment . I quickly got ready to meet the emperor , my that is .

I am happy to be able to meet him so early on , I have built more connection in order to survive.

When I reached the throne chamber , the guards announced me and opened the door.

I greeted the emperor like normal , I was surprised by my own body movements . I never did it but the must have previous memories.

GOOD

When I looked up a chill ran through my spine . The emperor looked at me with the most chilling stare I have ever seen before.

But I remember there relationship to be very good so then why is he looking at me like I am the most unwelcomed one here
