.Anna trudged dragging her bruised feet.Once a princess,Now a maid.She was tormented every day.No,She wasn't an illegitimate child.She was to become duchess after her parents died,But her uncle intervened.He told that he would take care of the family.It had been 2 years.And she belived him.Now her Cousin was the princess of Social Circles.And Her uncle was looking for ways to sell anna off.Everybody thought there could be no one prettier than her cousin sister,Bianca.But In reality,Bianca Was a white lotus .Her pitiful face would make everyone fall on the floor for her.

Whenever Bianca's friends came,They would throw insults at her and beat her as hard as they could.When you put your hand over a light bulb no light comes out.But when you break it,It shatters completely.That's how she became like a dry leaf.

Anna worked very hard.She thought she was ugly and her cousin was a godess to take her in.when she lived at her house.

Her uncle soon found a match for her.He decided to marry her off to a fat old man.She soon managed to anull the engagement without it being made by making a tantrum .That was close.But being beat to death everyday was worth it,Right?

She always learnt the etiquette and studies of her dukedom in secret.Soon after she became 10,She was still working as a maid.It had been a long day and she went to sleep.

Anna:Finally mattress I'm so tired

The girl went to sleep but started getting a dream.There was a young woman with a pile of documents saying 'More Aqusitions and mergers'."Aya, Why?" Said the woman.Anna woke up suddenly and was suprised that it was just a dream.Phew.

The Next Morning

There was a guest in their house.Nothing unusual.The guest was a tall man with platinum blonde hair and violet eyes.He looked like a noble.And he was handsome."He has my eyes"! She shouted.The guest soon noticed her and came kneeled next to her."What's your name, girl?" ."Anna" She said."Why ,Sir I'm just a maid?".The guest smiled at her and glared at them."Who Is she?" he asked. "she is an orphan s- sir her mother died. "So she is an orphan". He looked at her face properly. It was full of bruises and cuts and an innocent but dying glow in her eyes.He asked her, "Are you happy here?"He Asked. "Uncle and Aunt Beat me every day but cousin sister gives me her old clothes;Is that what you call happiness?".He felt her sad and irritated aura "I want to adopt her"."I'll pay you her wage". "And Im giving you a new name.Lianna.Lianna Ester De Ilnois "."Oh yes, Duke Ilnois, We certainly will get her ready".Wait.Duke Ilnois!The most powerful man in the capital?She knew that but still.She knew she was dead.

The duke said,I will take you to my house.Come.The man was hostile toward everyone but behaved as sweet as he could towards her.He took her in a carriage.

On the way Lianna asked Duke Ilnois,"Where am I going?". " We are going to your home" he replied."But home is with cousin sister right?". "No,They are your aunt and uncle.Right now ,I am your father". "Father? said lianna.Yeah ,since both you and I have the same eyes?"." Heh I'm so lucky" "Thank you sir I will try my best to not cause any trouble for.. you". "Lianna" He interrupted her, "You are duke Ilnois's daughter now,There is no such thing like trouble".Lianna began crying.The Duke asked "Why are you crying??" " Sir This is not funny anymore really.Why would you adopt me?Why are you being so kind to me?You are just 23.Why would you want to be my father?"The duke softly said "Because You need love and care now".He patted her head and gave her a candy she asked him" what is that?" ." That is something to make you happy" She said to the duke,"Thank you for adopting me." ."Its no problem just be a good girl" he says as he tries not to blush.She smiles after a long time.
