Chapter 35 - Why must everything turn to shit?! (2) R+16

"...HUH!?" I exclaimed, astonished by the sudden proposal. I mean for one, I don't even know who this man is, and to be fair I did swoop in and save him like some knight in shining armor, but he still goes and proposes to me!?

'I think I might have saved the wrong person, I just hope he isn't some crazy bastard!'

"No need to give it much thought, just say yes, I'll make sure you won't regret it!" he tried to persuade me, though I wasn't naive enough to fall for that. He then brought my hands up to his mouth and kissed them, I gave an appalled look, though I wasn't disgusted just weirded out.

"Listen, I'm sure you're a good guy and all, but we just met plus, I don't even know who you are, and you don't know who I am either," I tried to reason with him, i got my hands away from his, "You should ask some random person you just met to marry you, even if they saved you from something!"

"Hmmm, I suppose you're right, well then! My name is Llyr Vellamo, it is very nice to make your acquaintance, could you please tell me your name, oh lovely knight," Llyr introduced himself with a low bow, while upon hearing his name, my mouth was left hanging open.

'Llyr Vellamo…is the name of the King of Alkmene…the King of Alkmene is Llyr…who just asked me to marry him…this could either be really good or really bad!'

"My name is Lev Andrste, Your Majesty, it is an honor to make your acquaintance," I bowed, I was shaking from the exciting opportunity in front of me, "It seems I made a mistake earlier, please allow me forgiveness for my rudeness."

"No worries, you are forgiven, although it would make me happier if you accepted my proposal! But please, don't let me force you," He said, trying to console me into accepting.

"With all due respect Your Majesty, I'm going to have to decline, after all this is the first time we have met, plus we haven't exactly gone on any prior dates," I said.

"I see…then why don't we go on a date right now!? I know some beautiful places, and they are never crowded, so if you want to go to a more quiet place I can take you there!" He insisted, not quite getting that I was rejecting him.

'Haaaa, do I really have to spell it out for this guy?'

I stayed silent for a while, looking down at the hands that were now in mine, I thought about what I could do about this predicament. I then had a thought, I needed a way to see the King, right? And he is now in front of me. I had gotten exactly what I wanted, so I was going to make the most of this opportunity.

"King Llyr, how about this, I'll go on a date with you, a proper date, if you do one little small favor for me," I finally replied after a few moments, he nodded his head with vigor, "Great, then could you recall the ancient device that you gave to the Peril kingdom for me? You see, with you giving them your support i don't know if I could be with you, after all, we would be on opposing sides."

When I said that I was looking down with an innocent expression on my face, but on the inside I was hiding a malicious smile. I was praying that this would work, or at least make him realize he didn't, truly, want to marry me. If that happened, I would be oh so grateful, even if it meant my plan would go down the drain.

"Of course, you see, my love is more important to me than supporting a country in a war! And if that is what you wish of me, then it shall be done and I will prove my love to you…after our date of course!" He exclaimed with glee, probably due to the fact that I agreed to go on a date with him.

'...shit…i didn't think he was this much of a hopeless idiot!'

"Then you have my utmost gratitude, Your Majesty! Ah! But before our date, there are some things I need to take care of, so when i come back, could we continue our date there?" I said that while getting closer to him, I was now only an inch from his face, looking deep into his sea-green eyes.

"Is that so…then before you go," He paused for a second, then he grabbed my chin gently with his hand, "Could I have a goodbye kiss? If you want, then you can take it as a symbol of promise for our date!"

'This guy really knows how to move fast, either that or he is one horny fuck!'

"I-I suppose we could do that, but um…just a light kiss okay?" I asked he nodded, and then he rubbed the bottom of my lips with his thumb before gently pushing his plump lips against mine.

He pressed his lips closer to mine, and I put my hands on his chest, trying to signal to him that it was enough. But then I felt him put his hand on my waist and pull me closer, into his embrace almost. 

Then i felt something hot and slimy run across my lips, then into my mouth as i accidentally opened it to pull away and ask him what he thought he was doing. As i felt the cause of the sensation go into my mouth and start playing with my tongue, i realized what it was.

He had begun to use his tongue, even though i had told him only a light kiss. He then started to run his fingers through the hair of my ponytail before pushing my head closer to his. He then began exploring my mouth and tongue with his, i decided to go with the flow and make my lie seem a little more believable.

I pushed my mouth closer to his and started hesitantly rubbing his tongue with mine, now interlocking out two tongues. He started to move the hand that was around my waist down to my ass, but i grabbed it and moved it back up to my waist.

My mind was currently racing with thoughts of how to not go any further, but I fear that i too got a little to into it. I put my arms around his shoulders, i opened my eyes for a bit to see what face he was currently making, he was currently cracking a smile. I closed my eyes again, but this time after, I felt both of his hands on my hips, pulling me ever so more closer to him.

A few moments later, the kiss finally ended and before stopping he bit the bottom of my lip. We looked into each other's eyes for a moment, I saw various emotions flipping in his, there was love, intensity, and desire.

'Yup, definitely a horny fuck.'

I quickly pushed him away and lifted my wrist and hand to my lips, I was blushing from the intensity of the kiss. Trying to gather my thoughts, i turned away from him, which probably wasn't the best decision considering our interaction just then.

"Ahem, i think its best if i leave now, my subordinates are waiting for me…If you'll excuse me then," I said, quickly walking away from the scene, leaving him standing behind me staring at my back in longing.

"Uh, right…Bye i guess, see you later…my love…" Llyr mumbled as i left, i didn't hear it though and ran off the beach into an alley that leads to the streat where Arwan was.

The current street was where weapon merchants, weapon traders, and craftsmen shops were set up. I immediately saw him, and when i was within 14 feet from him he twirled around and gave me a smile.

"My Liege, are you done with your business? If so, then i'll guide you back to the inn!" He suggested once i was infront of him, but i grabbed him by the shoulders which startled him, "Um, My Liege…is something wrong?"

"Arwan, i never thought i'd be so happy to see you!" I started to say but paused when i noticed his face turn from that of joy to anger, then he started to sniff me, "...Arwan, is something the matter?"

"My Liege, it seems that you've been contaminated by fish, if you like i could eliminate it for you…" he fumed, then mumbled something i could barely make out, "How dare that currish fishfolk put his disgusting fins on you!"

"Arwan, i think you need to calm down," I started to say, but he grabbed by wrists with his shaking hands, perhaps from anger, "I think it is time we go back to the inn, we'll take a nice long bath, and if you want you can even wash my back for me!"

I was trying what i could to calm him down, i was even risking spending a night with him, I couldn't have him ruining my plans. As soon as he heard that last part, he stopped shaking and let go of my wrists.

"Take…a bath…together?" He questioned, i nodded seeing that, that lifted his murderous mood, he then immediately smiled with delight before pulling me by my wrist and dragging me, "Well we better get going back to the inn then, i can't stand wai- the smell of fish on you!"

Before we returned to the inn i had Arwan send a message to Victor telling him that we were heading in for the night, and that i wanted him to keep searching till after dark. But i left out the part of where i was in case things got more steamy than it should.

Back at the inn, Arwan was drawing hot water into the large tub our suite had, i was in my room putting my pajamas out and getting a towel. I didn't bother with anything else, not knowing if i was going to get a peaceful night or not.

I walked into the room that was connecting the bathroom and the hall, i was then greeted by Arwan. He was getting undressed, top first. I gulped upon seeing him, i was stared at him for a moment before coming back to reality and going to the opposite of the room.

Arwan was very well built, considering he was a dragon and a swordmaster. I had to admit that seeing his abs did make my throat dry out a bit, but i'd never admit that aloud.

Arwan got undressed before i did, "I'm heading into the bath now My Liege, i'll set up you soaps and stuff first though," He announced.

"Alright, take your time, i'll be in there in a bit," I replied, and upon hearing him exit and close the door behind him i leaned onto the cubbies in front of me, blushing and putting my head down.

'What the hell have i started…i think this is pretty much out of my control now.'

I then got undressed and put my towel around my waist, covering the package down there. Then i entered the tub room, i was instantly greeted by a wave of steam rushing to my face, which caused me to close my eyes.

When i opened them, Arwan was standing next to the bath with a straight face. I instantly avoided him with my eyes, not wanting to see his abs and get flustered by them.

"I suppose i'll go in first," I then quickly took of my towel and got into the tub as soon as i could, "Come on in, the water is the perfect temperature, haha…"

'So awkward…Hunapo, please don't fuck with my fate and have me be bedded by this guy again!'

"If you say it is okay, then i shall join you M'Lord," i kept looking in front of me so that i couldn't see him taking his towel off, even though i've already seen what it hides, "Would you like me to start scrubbing your back now?"

"Sure, please be gentle though, my skin and back is a bit sensitive," I mumbled the last part, not wanting to give Arwan any weird ideas, though he might already have some just from being in the tub with me.

He soon soaped the sponge, and before he started to scrub my back i heard him gulp, though i don't know if he was aware of the fact. As he was doing so, i felt my face start to heat up and when i looked at the mirror across the room, i saw that my face was bright red.

Awhile later he splashed water onto my back, i didn't say anything and a few moments later i felt a weird sensation on my back. I looked back into the mirror to see what it could potentially be, and it turned out to be Arwan kissing right below my neck.

I thought i'd explain the kissing scene in the beginning a bit. The whole thing was Lev's attempt at trying to seduce Llyr by taking the fact of his proposal against him to get him to believe the lie that he would actually go on a date with him. But the kiss ended up escalating because he didn't realize how much Llyr had fallen in that short amount of time, which was due to the manipulation of the demons.

And yes, i do intend to have him keep those feelings even after the whole mind manipulation and control is lifted. I'll explain more in debt then, and if you don't like that then i suggest you stop reading cus then this novel isn't for you, because i can assure you that this is going to turn into an even bigger rollacoster.
