Chapter 9

I froze in my place. I couldn't see the face of the attacker before i got knocked out.  When i woke up i looked around and i saw a very dark space or room. I tried to move but i was tight down on a chair. Okay i started to panic again. I couldn't hear anyone walking by or even birds.  The silence was starting to scare me. Where am i? Who kidnapped me!? I looked around trying to find the exit. After a while my legs grew numb and tired. My arms felt sore after not moving them for so long. What can i do now?? Suddenly a door opended and someone walked in  my direction. A flash of blinding light blinded me. Everything went black...but soon i woke up again on the ground. My vision was blurry as i sat on my knees. My wrists were tied up and my hands were being restrained by chains attached to the wall.  My legs are being chained as well so i cannot stand up. Looking towards my side i saw a man standing there watching me.....

I quickly looked at the chains to try to break free but they only tighten up tighter. 'Why can't I escape?' I thought as i tried to take off the chains from the ceiling but.....they were too strong. I looked at the man who was staring at me. His face was covered with a mask. He wore a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. He also wore a black hat.  'I don't know who you are! You kidnap me and hold me captive here and now what do you want from me? What's your purpose in kidnapping me. Why did you come here? What do you want from me'. I said trying to stay calm and collected. I don't really know why i am doing that. After some time someone else walked in. It was a tall man in black clothes. He looked at me. I could feel the cold glare coming from him. I looked away scared. The man walked up to me and raised my head to look up at him by my chin. He scaned me before smirking and letting me go. I do not know what is happening to me. The man walked away with his back facing me and i noticed a logo on the back of his jacket. 

The silver cross...The hunters. They catch and sell creatures. But how did they find me....? Only person knew where i lived was kevin.... My ears hang.... ' Did he told them for money.....? Did he really betrayed me.....?' I thought to myself while i was being dragged out of the room i was chained in. They drag me into a diffrent room. That room was covered in diffrent colors and clothes. They threw me on the floor before ordering me to. 'Change into the clothes are ready for you on the chair. And if you try to escape you will get hurt.' When the talking was done they walked out. I got up and looked at the clothes on the chair. They are very old blake clothes. I changed into them scared and half crying. I hoped that someone will save me. 5 minutes later they came back in and put chains around me. My wrists, ankels and neck before pulling me to an another room.

That room looked like a backstage of a stage. I saw another creature being selled. I was pulled next onto the stage. There are so many people. They started to bid. Someone screamed 'ONE MILION!' someone else screamed. 'FIVE MILION' the bid price got higher and higher. Eventually we all heard 'Five bilion.' Everyone gasped and began to whisper. The seller dropped the microphone on the stage. The all looked up at the man that was walking down to the stage. It is the king of Serendia. The whole place got swapped by the guards and freed all of the creatures. They all got escorded into safety. The king walked up to the seller and demanded the keys for the chains that are chained arund me. The seller gived the keys to the King. The King freed me from the chains, he took his jacket off and wrapped the jacket around me. Someone else ran in and down to us. When i looked up i saw. 'KEVIN!' i screamed for him with tears falling down my cheeks. He ran to me and hugged me tightly. 'How did you find me? How did you know i was gone??' I asked with a shakey voice. 'I went to check on you....but i saw your door and house destroyed so i knew something bad happend. I went to my uncle the king and told him about you. He was already investingating The silver cross. One of his guards found out where they are and you were the last straw. And now we are here.' He said still holding me in his arms.
