Su Lan walked to a nearby restaurant and sat down in a corner near a window. After she sat down she felt many people looking at her. When she turned to look some people turn their face back to their food and some were still staring at her. Su Lan frowned and wrinkle her brows together. She pick up the menu and start ordering food she wanted to try. Su Lan was confused and not sure what she should do from now on. Her life here is very peaceful of course it would be even better if the system and her great (50x) grandfather didn't dig pits for her. As she waited for her food, she took out the bracelet and opened her system screen.

Su Lan stared at the screen wanting to slap it down as she wished it had a physical form. What did they mean by pending can this ....xxxx..... system just be straightforward.

She decide to finish eating first. Nothing a good meal can't fix. Who would have thought not everything can go the way she wanted. In fact, nothing gone the way she wanted ever since she came here. A greasy plump guy walked up to her table with 5 guards behind him directly sat down next to her.

Su Lan (in her mind): Why does this feel like those plots where the main character is eating and suddenly someone comes and tries to hook up or try to take their table only to get pounded down. Instant KO. Should she give it a try?
