Chapter 5: My Love, My Blood

Run

That was the only thing going through his head at that moment. He was currently running for his life because White decided to up and kill him. His son couldn't help him now; he was asleep.

All of a sudden, Red was pulled into a room and shoved in a vent. By who, he didn't know, but it was most likely Black. Red heard yelling above him, but he couldn't make out any of the words they were saying. Instead, he crawled through the vent system, trying to make his way to the storage room where he could hide in one of the boxes. Granted, he wouldn't be able to stay in one for an entire month. He popped out of the vents to find he was in electrical.

Now he just had to be careful and try not to get murdered by White. Multiple pairs of footsteps ran past electrical. Red didn't know what to do, so he stayed in there. He heard footsteps approach him quickly. He opened the vent as quietly as possible, preparing himself to jump in. It was Black who turned the corner and Red sighed with relief.

"There you are" Black said "I have a plan to get rid of White, but you might not like your role in it."

"Try me"

Red didn't want to be in this position. He really didn't want to be in this position. He was next to the entrance of the ship, waiting for White to find him because he was "bait". Again, not the best position to be in. Black was waiting in the vents and Cyan was with White, convincing her that he was on her side and only refrained from killing Red because of Black. Cyan was supposed to be indirectly leading White to Red.

Cyan turned the corner with White trailing behind him. They both froze. Red pushed himself against the wall behind him as White pulled out a knife and started running towards him. Seconds before she got to him, Red pressed the button to open the entrance and Black had popped out of the vent to push White through the entrance. Red quickly shut the door.

"What?!" White yelled angrily from the other side of the door. "Cyan, help me out here. Open the door~ help a friend out." She begged

Cyan stared at her through the door, menacingly. "I never said I was your friend"

Cyan pressed the eject button.

And just like that, White was gone.

Red was sitting, watching the security cameras, Cyan was in the cafeteria, and Black was-

"Hey Red"

Right behind him.

"What's up?" Red asked, he kept his eyes trained to the security cameras. "Nothin'" Black responded, wrapping his arms around Red's waist. "Are you okay?" Black asked. "I should be asking you that. Why are you hugging me?"

Red could practically sense Black's smirk after he asked that. "Because I loooooooooovee you~" He slurred. Red let out a sigh before asking "Can you let go?" Black's grip only tightened. "Now why would I do that?" Red stiffened at that. Black was somewhat threatening at that moment. So he just decided to stay quiet and let it happen. It's not like Black wanted to hurt him or anything.

Hugging Red? That was something he didn't know how to say no to.

Black wanted more though, but he knew he had to wait.

'Wait' He told himself. 'Like a good boy, he would wait'

He wouldn't let anyone hurt his Red, he'd stay with him on Earth, and they'd live happily together. Just him and Red, maybe Cyan too but that depends on what he wants to do.

"I want to stay with you" Black whispered. "I know" Red whispered back.
