Chapter 2: The New Arrivals

As Blue was making his way towards shields to do his next task, he was taking note of everything happening around him. He passed Red and his mini crewmate, and then he passed by Black, neither seemed suspicious but he felt uneasy. He had a feeling that Orange wasn't an imposter and that they had ejected an innocent person. Nonetheless, he completed his task in shields and left for his next task.

~With Lime~

He was simply doing his tasks when it happened. Purple, Cyan, and Black had walked into navigation with him. Then, almost simultaneously, both Lime and Purple were killed. Red had happened to be walking by when he witnessed it. Everyone had been thinking that there was only one imposter, turns out, there were 2.

It didn't seem like Red even had a chance at surviving and there were only 3 crewmates left. They haven't noticed him yet, he could quickly leave, call an emergency meeting and get them ejected. But his son had other plans. The mini red crewmate walked up to Cyan and Black, alerting them of his presence. Red knew his son wouldn't hurt his own kind, so instead of running to the emergency button, he would try to "reason" with them, and if that didn't work, then he'd run.

Red marched up to the imposters, pointed his knife to Black's chest and said "You're lucky that my son doesn't eat imposters, just make sure not to get in our way and maybe we can coexist or I'll personally eject both of you" then turned and walked away. It was a bold move, but Red felt like it was worth it.

Cyan was terrified, even though him and Black could easily kill Red, his words were powerful, and it seemed like they'd be ruthlessly murdered if they disobeyed him, which wasn't that far from the truth. At least they found out who the third imposter was. Nobody would guess that it would be a mini crewmate. Meanwhile, Black was in awe of the belligerent Red.

"Damn" he said. "That was kinda hot"

Cyan stared completely dumbfounded at his friend. An imposter thinking that a crewmate was hot? "What the fu-" an alarm had gone off, signifying an emergency meeting. Cyan was now nervous. Was Red going to rat them out? But he just said they could coexist if him and Black didn't get in his way.

Once Cyan and Black got to the cafeteria, Blue started talking. "Where are Lime and Purple?" Was the first question he asked. "I last saw them in storage." Red lied smoothly. Blue was silent, almost as if he didn't believe Red, it seemed like he was going to say something else about it before remembering why he called the meeting in the first place. "So 2 new crewmates are arriving shortly because as you can see, there's only 5 of us and- oh, they're here. Alright, meet Yellow and White."

The new crewmates seemed innocent enough. They were doing their tasks and keeping watch for possible imposters. Red had already fed his mini crewmate and stuffed the rest of the body parts into bags for later. Surprisingly, nobody had found them aside from Red. Life on the ship had seemingly gone back to normal, but Red knew it wouldn't last. He knew another killing would happen.
