Lost

Rain and the man were the first to reach the other side. And immediately they exited, the portal closed behind them.

"He didn't follow us?" The man wondered aloud.

"What did you say?" Rain frowned at him.

"It's nothing." The man was quick to say. He knew that should his prince know his lover followed them, he will through a racket.

"Oh." Rain turned around to glance at his surroundings for the first time. "It's not different from Earth." He said, taking in an opposite version of Earth.

"It sure is different from Earth."

"The colours, yes. But it's the same." Rain glanced up at the green sky. "Earth has a blue sky, and green fields while this place has a green sky and blue grasses."

And should you exclude the black disc on the sky which was undeniable, their sun, there was nothing strange about them, at all.

"Tarmixan is different from Earth. You are only seeing it this way because the throne has sucked the nutrients from the land.

It has not always been this way."
