The Blackstar

After many years of study (about more than a thousand years) and exploration, he had learned all that he could about the advanced empty city. He had discovered its secrets, studied its technology, and learned about the people who had once lived there.

Now, Inspired by the different stories he had read back on Earth he decided to create a ship capable of traversing the Omniverse.

Using the knowledge he had gained in the empty city, Nathan set to work designing and building the most advanced ship the world would have ever seen. He spent countless years in the laboratory, experimenting and refining his design, until finally, the ship design was complete.

Using the many space docks of the city, Nathan proceeded to build his ship.

The space docks itself was fully stocked and had enough material to build an entire Space fleet due to the continued mining of the left-behind mining drones.

The space docks was also fully stock with various builder drones equipped with user-friendly programs that makes building a ship easy.

He calls it "the Blackstar" and designed it to look like an Executor Star Destroyer, though the various buildings usually attached on top of it were removed and replaced with various weapon emplacements. It's equipped with massive advanced propulsion systems, including a wormhole drive for faster-than-light travel, and state-of-the-art sensors and communications systems for navigating and communicating in deep space.

Now, the wormhole drive was a fascinating machine and was developed by the previous inhabitants of the city. Simply put the wormhole drive is a super computing machine able to generate wormholes, kept stable by the ship's advanced gravitational field generator.

This supercomputer is called "Omni-Core" capable of solving problems and processing data at speeds that are orders of magnitude faster than current quantum computers and are probably on par with some fictional ancient race's computing power. It's based on a revolutionary technology called "space-time computing," which harnesses the power of the fabric of the universe itself to perform calculations.

It would take more years for him to even understand the theory behind it, much less create and improve one but fortunately, blueprints for the drive were in the data banks, and it is just a matter of feeding it to the space dock's computer to build one.

It measures roughly around 20 km and is fully equipped with hundreds of weapons that range from coil guns to plasma beam (which is an enlarged plasma cutter) and more than a dozen torpedo ports.

Its massive hanger bay carries a massive contingent full of autonomous drones, from star fighters to infantry drones, enough to wage a protracted war with other advance star faring races.

It is a massive ship and is fully autonomous, filled to the brim with various routines and sub-routines copied from the left-behind programs of the city's previous inhabitants. He still wishes to find crew though, as it is lonely to be the only living person on the entire ship.

It will take a month and then another before he could begin his journey and for now, he had to make sure that every bit of data in the city were fully copied in the ships data banks.
