Chapter Thirteen

Bella spent over thirty minutes in the bathroom room. She was under the shower naked but the water was running as she reminisced the event of that day, her mind ran to how weak she was and she broke down in tears. She was sobbing heavily that she did not notice that someone had opened the door and was inside her room. 

As soon as Jay entered her room to check on her, he heard her sobbing heavily and the shower running. He sat down on the upholster chair waiting for her, but when it seemed like eternity and that she was not coming out, he acted out of instinct. He rushed to the bathroom and met her in that state of being, she had not noticed him and so was full of shock when the water suddenly turned off. "What are you doing here ", she said rising hurriedly that she slipped and he caught her quickly before she could bump her head on something. A little tussle between modesty and anger;  she was trying to shield her nudity and he was trying to show how angry he was at her display of weakness. So when he saw she was not going to comply, he simply carried her over his shoulder and she was hitting him with her fists and screaming to be put down;  he was not even interested in her nudity, he cared less about that for now. All he wanted was to talk sense into her before she caught pneumonia. He dumped her on the bed after some fuss and she immediately grabbed the blanket while looking at him with murderous eyes, he pulled a seat close to her and after he was seated, he stared at her with arms folded over his chest. "I never thought you as someone to get bullied ", he began watching her intently while she looked away angrily and spat out," It's none of your business". He smiled and continued, "Of course it's none of my business but you forgot something, you work for me now and so, everything about you is my business Bella ", she shivered at his tone, "Now listen to me cause I'm going to make those girls pay for touching what is mine ", then he went on to explain to her what role she would be playing in front of the principal. She was to play the harassed victim but then when she was beginning to feel he painted her character weak, he brightened her up by informing her that she would be allowed to punish her assailants as she deemed fit if she acts and followed his lead. This made her day and by the time they were done talking, practically he was done talking because she was all nods and he did more of the talking, she was ready to take that bath boldly. He had spoken to her in a way no one had before, he spoke to her like she mattered the most as he also advised her on being in charge of her situation always and he apologized for being late. She was admiring his person when she reminded herself that she was just here for servitude. With that she entered the bathroom. 

The next day at school, he lived up to his promise as she played her very well, in fact, he gave her a tumbs up under the table and a smile. She was proud when he asked that the girls punishment be placed in her care, she then smirked at Anita. But that was not all, at the end he promised to come pick her up but not without an apology being given to her. She would later come up with a very liable punishment for them but first they would have to play nice and apologize to every kid they bullied. Bella was beginning to enjoy this; Although another surprise waited her that day, at dismissal, Mickey had come to check on her and was happy at the events that had transpired. He told her to be careful and always take charge of her situation. They were still talking when she caught sight of that familiar Ferrari. He was there to take her and so, she said her bye's to Mickey who promised to always try to check on her. She did not ask about Miss Clarkson.
