Chapter-22
AUGUSTUS DOMINIC'S POV
Delighted. That’s what I was feeling right now.
I have never been the type to spy on someone's private matters, but I guess spying on my mate's matter was worth it.
It was a big risk. Not because I was afraid that she would catch me doing so, but because I was afraid I would scare that rogue away, and all their dealings would be canceled without even taking place.
I had never known I would feel this protective for someone. When I saw her breaking the glass in her hand at the dining table, it would be an understatement that I didn't want to punch Harry's face for saying such words that angered her to this length.
That was the main reason why I followed her out of the chambers.
However, I felt something was wrong when I saw her wiping the blood casually and washing it with a bored look as she walked deeper into the forests.
