C 53. Primal Subject

"Okay, you can argue all day but to me I only see opportunity. Since his consciousness is asleep but his mind is awake that means it's still him but a different personality.

He also said, 'You will explode a spectacular one'. 

I think he is referring to something that we might not understand now.

With him right now, he might have more buried knowledge and understanding of things his Special Eyes see.

My Serene will explode, a spectacular one. I don't think he meant she will lose control and go on a rampage but rather her fragile body will not contain her power forever." Dr Sam stated

"Fragile!" I whisper.

When was the last time anyone called me fragile? Never in my entire life.

"Hey, it's not a challenge. Compare yourself and your true power, who is stronger?" 

He quickly said after sensing my change of mood.

"I know what you mean. It's just that I can't help it if a weakling calls me fragile?" 

"You need not worry, I have that in mind but I and Dr Alexander have to map out his behaviour before anything like that will happen.

Another thing is, thank you for being here in the time of need. I appreciate it!"

"The pleasure is all mine. Seeing a great mind meet trying to access two mysteries is rare for a brute guy like me.

Since I'm no longer needed I will be on my way. My subject is a time bomb so things have to be adjusted a little bit."

With that, they talked some more before a Pod silently appeared and we entered.

It's good to be back where tension is not brewing. 

I sighed, it seemed like I was beginning to understand my powerlessness.

Brute strength has a lot of applicable purposes but those Doctors and Directors of Sectors modes of fight are mind games and manipulations.

I as a tigress reduces to being a shield to this man. I looked at him, trying to build my honest opinion on him.

I did not trust him fully! We or I am but a Subject to be experimented on. And his goal is to be successful at whatever he seeks.

"You should limit your thoughts when you are wearing that suit. It tracks down your hormones movement and changes to a certain level.

And through complicated algorithms, it can be interpreted to different varying degrees which in turn tell us how you feel or even what you are thinking about."

I know something along this line is happening but it is disturbing to be confirmed.

"Something about us Directors fighting. And the fight is not about strength but a simple mind game! Am I right?"

"Yes, but this is the part that is the most accurate. Come, let go to my office"

We passed some scientists until we reached his office. He sat behind his chair and I sat opposite him.

"Do you have any questions regarding today?"

"What is his ability?"

"It has yet to be known completely but so far it's about seeing the truest form of things. 

As far as I know, there are abilities like that but with varying degrees.

The White Facility functions uniquely, that is to say, each Sector is independent of one another.

You can see that Sector 8 is my own and mine alone. I can decide to do whatever I want, well, there are restrictions but still, I'm the king here.

Regarding my subjects, no Director from any sector can order me. That is why you see Dr Khan was seething with anger.

Amina is a Primal Subject in sector 9 and because of that, every single of her actions must be monitored by Director 9.

Failure for that will invoke consequences to her…"

"Primal Subject?"

"A term used to denote importance. It's given to those with great dangerous abilities. You have been a Primal Subject for the entire facility but now, you are my Primal.

Back to the Sectors, what you have seen is a portion of it. All in all, the sectors are individual entities but come together to make one giant facility.

Sector 1 is responsible for bringing back subjects to the facility, sector 2 deals with their first accommodation and other aspects.

It's at that time from Sector 5 to 9 will look for potential subjects and have a contract with.

The contract has to go through sectors 10 to 11 before it can be confirmed but if the subject is Primal, then it must reach sector 12.

10 to 12 are not doing experiments like us but it carries the board of directors, sponsors and other activities.

Now, you understand, no other Director or Doctor without my consent has control over you. Everything related to you has to go through me and sadly even the danger you pose has to be managed by me."

I believe it's more complicated than what he explained but I get the gist of it. 

That little devil disturbance in Sector 7 brought the wrath of Dr Khan and his Sector toward Sector 9 and by law, he will have the support of Sector 10 to 12.

That means he can milk or demand things from Sector 9 but that depends on how he plays his game.
