Eve of destruction.

Sam's body jolted awake, his eyes darted to and from the ends of the room filled with disbelief, panic and worry. No, it couldnt possibly have happened, could it? He remembered the fight with the three girls, how they had gained an undeniable advantage but all too sudenly Sebastian turned on them. What could have made him do that? The very moment he felt a presence within his own mind and body, it carried a malevolent force too powerful for him to overcome. Then he felt his body move against his command, all that went through his mind was stopping the resistance his friends posed. He couldn't do that but all too painfully he watched as his own body attacked his friends, and all so brutally. He was a puppet but to whom?

Sam: Sebastian. But why would he do something like that?"

It was at this moment that he finally realised he was in the school infirmary. The others, where were they, and Neo, oh no. His eyes fell on Sebastian who had just woken up. He couldn't help himself and rushed towards him, holding his collar he demanded an explanation.

Sam: why the hell did you possess me to do all those things. Answer me! Luna and the other girl still had their powers when they woke up which means that the demons had not left them and the only other person who could have made me do all that is you. So, why did you do it?!"

Sebastian who had just woken up was at first dizzy and confused but after being subjected to the violent shaking and upon sensing the intensity of sam's voice, his tone and witnessing his actions he quickly sobered up.

Sebastian: Calm down okay, i didn't do it on purpose."

Sam: calm down? Because of what you did Neo is now out there somewhere, somewhere we don't know and worst of all he is now in the hands of people who could kill him at will, so tell me something better than calm down."

A number of security personnel rushed into the room and restrained Sam, who seemed to be getting more aggressive by the minute. It didn't take much at all seeming as though the strength in Sam's body had quickly declined. A few moments after sam was restrained Cozbi stepped into the room. He calmly made his way to sam who was getting more and more anxious after seeing cozbi.

Sam: What happened to the others? Where are they? Are they okay?"

Cozbi: calm down sam the others are fine. They've just not woken up yet is all.Looking at you now you probably need something to eat."

He signaled a nurse to get them something to eat that is him and Sebastian whom he motioned to come stand beside Sam's bed. He glanced at sam and then Sebastian and could roughly guess what had happened not too long ago.

' time to play' he thought to himself.

Cozbi: you all did well, in fact much better than i had initially hoped for. If only Sebastian didn't turn on you we'd be having a victory feast right now and master Neo would be fine."

He glanced at Sam and Sebastian to see their reaction and laughed a little internally but outwardly he was all to serious.

Cozbi: sigh, alas it wasn't your fault master sebastian. Entangler demons can spread their influence and evil temporarily to someone who tries to invade an entangled's mind or take over their bodies. The blame can only go to me as i failed to direct you all properly and now the blood of an innocent child will be on my hands."

He bowed his head and tears started streaming down his cheeks.

Cozbi: i do not deserve to be called an angel of light. I shall rip out my wings and drive my own sword through my very heart, that is the only punishment befitting my crimes but i can only ask that you forgive me."

His words and actions stumped sam making him feel incredibly guitly for lashing out at Sebastian. He obviously over reacted and now he couldn't even look at sebastian,with his head bowed he apologised to Sebastian for what had happened. The loss was still fresh in his mind, also he felt personally responsible as it was by his hands that they were defeated, worst of all Neo's life hung in the balance now. He could be hurt, maimed or even dead. Though it had not been long, at all since they started this whole adventure but it had started to get too real too fast.

Sam: Don't say that Cozbi, as long as we are alive we're going to try, even if it costs us our lives, after all what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. And I'm really sorry Sebastian, for the way i acted not so long ago. I was too panicked and frustrated and i blamed myself for what happened though it's no excuse. I'm really, very sorry that i took it out on you."

Sebastian: it's alright i understand. I was a puppet too so i get the self blame butbwe can deal with it later, neo is the mission now."

It wasn't exactly the response sam wanted to hear but he understood that it would take a little time for them to go back to normal so he resigned himself to wait and hope. The doors of that part of the infirmary was flung open by none other than the dean himself, following closely were Daniel, Casimir and Jake who were more than overjoyed to see their friends awake and alright and as an added bonus cozbi was there too. They race over ahead of the dean to hug their friends.

Dean: we need to talk."

This phrase quickly captivated their attention as it was never used to start any thing good. The dean looked at cozbi and back to the boys, then sighed and spoke.

Dean: i am more than eternally grateful that you've put your lives on the line not once but twice to protect this school and all who are in it from these strange threats. This resulted in Mr. Neo Shikimori not returning with all of you. It breaks my heart both as a parent and as the dean of this institution to not be able to protect you, fo that you have my most sincere apologies but i am ecstatic to see you all in good health after three whole days and to announce that no one was hurt too badly....."

Daniel: three days? What do you mean three days?"

Dean: when Mr. Felix brought you all here you were unconscious and have been for the past three days."

Daniel: that means that... we need to go right now. We can't waste a single second, Casimir see if you can use your powers to pick up their trail, anything at all we can use, we have to get Neo back."
