"Your cousin said you were out to sell, where are all your stuffs then?", Zhan Lingmi asked upon realizing that there was nothing in her hands.

If it was in the past, Han Jin would have answered him right away but this time she was very attentive and caught a problem with the question.

"Cousin? You mean Shaoze? How's that possible, we're dating in secrecy so how did you manage to go to the servants quarters and ask her? Didn't she suspect anything when you asked her about me?", Han Jin smartly filled Zhan Lingmi with thousands of questions at once.

He thought Han Jin was blushing but he didn't know she was actually annoyed when he placed his hand on her cheeks.

Zhan Lingmi escorted Han Jin back to the gate of the Han family before he finally left.

Han Jingxi, who stood hidden away in a corner clenched her fists and gritted her teeth. Zhan Lingmi always assured her that he didn't have feelings for that wench but Han Jingxi was sure he did.

Zhan Lingmi had slept with her on her eighteenth birthday because she had given herself to him. She purely loved him and they were dating, their families were even planning their marriage so she didn't understand why he was fooling around with that illegitimate sister of hers.

Zhan Lingmi heard his name from a familiar voice, he frowned immediately but turned around with a sweet smile.

"Jingxi...", Zhan Lingmi called out her name and strode towards her.

Since there was no one around, he wrapped his arms around her waist and captured her lips into a passionate kiss.

Han Jin who had not actually gone home and had been secretly chasing after them almost gasped out aloud when he saw them kiss in such an open space. Weren't they scared that anyone could pop out and see them.

Han Jin wasn't too shocked with what she was seeing but she still couldn't help but clench her fists seeing how happy they seemed.
