Franco and Makoto went inside from the front door while the others followed Bobby upstairs. All the other captains, with their selected colors, gathered: red, orange, black, purple, white, navy blue, green, pink, yellow, and sapphire. This was one of the most extensive meetings ever to be known, with a chance to see the F5 eventually. Franco took his seat that had the orange emblem on it. He was sitting beside the red and the white captain. They both seemed to hold their ground, and nobody uttered a single word in the room. Makoto had no choice but to stand aside Franco as Vice. He was also standing aside from the Red and White Vice, who both looked at him since they recognized Makoto from their past.
"Let the assembly commence!"
Martin said as the doors opened for Sir Williams Pluto, wearing the navy blue coat of his guild, Rebirth. He sat down on the throne that was elevated one block above every other captain, but then a door opposite his seat opened; the Leader of F5 came, Oriane Nakamura. The number one ronin in the world and the star Trigger of the Nakamorians. Beside him was the vice, Zeus Motsubi. Due to there not being a Fushigiri or Aoi to take the place of the wind Star Trigger, no one took the role. There was no information on the star itself anywhere—just a mission for Gaiyato to locate it.
Zeus, who was twice the size of everyone, walked beside Oriane and stood at his post. He glared at Gaiyato and frowned; he smiled right back.
"Welcome, everyone. Thank you for taking the time to make it here to the 19th Quarts assembly. I am the host, Sir Williams Pluto, in charge of the Central District and all the movements from today and onwards."
Martin walked forward. "I am Martin Unmei Destiny, Captain of Rebirth. Please stand up individually to introduce yourself to your new associates."
The room went silent as everyone waited for the first person to stand up. After a moment of patience, the leader of the Red Quarts stood up.
"My name is Uraka Nakamura. And this is my vice, Josuke Nakamura. We are the 'Red Rangers' guild that will take charge of the 5th District."
As he sat down, the next captain stood up. "My name is Haruro Motsubi. And my Vice is Lincoln Unmei. We are the guild 'Black Bullets' and will be in charge of the 4th District."
"The name's Skylark Yakuza. Sky for short. My Vice, Lidia Yakuza. We are the guild 'Green Guardians,' and we own the 8th District."
"Uhm… my name is… Shiyo Kawakami. Uhhh, I NO I MEAN…uhhh…"
She found it hard to introduce herself to everyone, so their vice took hold.
"Sorry, she is like this all the time. Her name is Shiyo Kawakami. And I am Sarah Os-Blancos. We are the guild 'Pink Vipers' and control the 6th District."
"S…SARAH, I Can talk for…myself you know…"
"Well, it doesn't look like it now, don't you think?"
They began to argue right before Martin asked for an order in the room, and then the introductions continued.
"Charlotte Rodgers present! Vice Captain Yuki Yakuza! Stand at your post!"
"Yes, Ma'am, Miss Ma'am!"
Another ronin reached down from the guild area to stand beside her. He had white hair and yellow eyes. But he did not look like he enjoyed always doing this whenever she called for him.
"We are the guild 'Blue Moons' and will secure the 9th District."
The room was quiet until Yuro tried hard not to laugh. Then Sir William smiled after they took their seat.
"I'm Eon Native. The Vice Captain is Kaen Nakamura. We are the 'Sapphire Frost' guild and will be in the 3rd District."
"I am Ryuko. I must be the oldest captain before you, Sir Williams and Oriane. My Vice is Ruben. We are the 'Purple Hazels' and will take care of the 7th District."
Out of all the captains, she seemed more relaxed than everyone else. She had gray hair and purple eyes, corresponding so well with the name of their guild. So far, 7 out of the ten said at least something, but those left stayed seated and silent. Then, the vice of the white guild came forward.
"My apologies, everyone. Our captain has a problem with speaking. My name is Sakura Uramaki. I am the Vice-captain of the 'White Angels.' Our captain is Lionelle Yakuza. And we will be securing the 2nd District."
And finally, for the last introduction, the leader of F5 stood up.
"HEYYYY!!! SON, I'M OVER HERE!!!!!"
He sent all the attention to Yuro, who was hiding in the collar of his coat. All the other people began to laugh at how carefree he was as a captain. Then Martin restored order once more.
"Well, my name is Oriane Nakamura. I am the leader of the guild 'F5,' and we are in charge of the place you are standing in the 1st District. I know it isn't part of Legon City, but we can technically keep the charge of the whole world from this post, too. As said by the president, only Rebirth has to follow the contracts. Our job as star Triggers is to help the rest of you during your missions AFTER retaining Legon City. But I hope that you all do your best and save the city once and for all, for the people."
Everyone seems to have taken their turn right before Franco finally spoke. He set his feet on the table and began rocking his chair. "Guess you guys took a while to get done. But that's okay, save the best for last, am I right?"
Martin was angered due to his attitude.
"Captain of the orange, what's the meaning of this?" Sir Williams Pluto asked.
"It's just as I said. The last man, that's me." He stood up and leaped off his seat, all the way, until he was face to face with Sir Williams Pluto on the table. "My name is…Franco Cassoule. I am the leader of the 'Elite Force.' This is my Vice, Makoto Blake, and we will take back Legon City on our own."
The room fell noiseless as the entire Elite force was shocked at what Franco said. Uraka and Skylark both stood up in anger.
"I think you have lost your mind for a second there, DUMB*SS," Uraka said as he hoisted his long blade to his neck.
"Do you have any idea of what you just said?" Skylark asked, charging up spiritas while standing.
Franco sat there saying nothing. Just then, he laid a smile on William's face.
"Well, then, my dear soldier. I like the enthusiasm. So what brings you to face me so close?"
"It's simple. I want a reward IF we save the city."
William stopped smiling. "Is that so? That is all you wanted? You dare to interfere with the most important meeting for some tangible upshots!?"
"What else would I want? All I ask is if you'll give it to us."
Martin walked towards the table. But right before he could say anything, Williams and Franco stopped him by holding their hands at him. He felt so disrespected that he left the room.
"You've got quite the guts kid. To mock my gestures, oppose my order, and disrespect my subordinate…"
"A custom guild headquarters," Franco said, halting Williams.
"Come again?" Williams asked.
"If we save Legon City, you must clarify a whole building that each guild can use for ALL the guilds. Is that alright, W-i-ll-i-a-ms?"
Everyone in the room stayed motionless. Nothing could convey the anger on his face; some of the captains began to laugh while their mentors kept hitting Gaiyato for giggling. Oriane finally stood up.
"HAHAHAHAHA!! You're just like your father, kid. You know what, I'll approve your request. But saving the entire city isn't an easy task. But you'll have to kill the main source of the plague, and trust me…that is not an easy task."
All the captains stood up.
"Alright then, so it is settled! Every other guild, please keep guard at your Districts. The Elite Force will take care of all the activities in the Central District. Any important details should be reported to your allies as soon as possible. If anyone doesn't have questions, then this meeting is adjourned. Man, I'm hungry. HEY SON, WHY DON'T WE GO GET SOME FOOD?!" Oriane ended the meeting on his own accord.
Yuro tried to reach the door while his father followed him. Franco was the first one out as the other captains and mentors followed after him. Martin returned as he saw Sir Williams Pluto alone in the room. He came close as he saw Sir Williams in a state he had never seen him, absolute anger waning around his body. The disrespectful ronin, Franco, did not know who he was messing with.
"Are they on the line?"
"Yes, boss," Martin replied as he fully screened the call. It was a familiar face and another man we did not know of.
"Listen, you two. Tell your bosses that I want your strongest members in the Central District. There are a couple of overconfident bastards I need to see disappear."
"Hey, Pluto. I think you're the overconfident one thinking you can order us!" The man in blue said.
"Firstly, tell us why we should all be gathering there. Secondly, the city is big enough for us to spread out. And thirdly, don't take Our side too lightly either." The man in the grey said.
"Listen, tell your bosses that it's an order!"
In a horrid tone, Sir Williams struck fear into the blue man, but the grey man just called on his right-hand man, Chiampa, and cut the call there. Martin then brought all the communication devices to the table.
"You requested them, boss."
"Label for me all the ones that are embedded to a certain amount of people."
Martin then took out nine embedded devices.
"Give them all to the Elite Force. That way, they can only communicate with themselves and won't report to anyone else."
"And what if they found out themselves?" Martin asked.
"Then it'll be the end for me. That's why we should make sure they are taken care of immediately. Send those two the location and distance of the Central District. I want them gone and about when they set foot in Legon."
He stood up from his chair and left the room. Martin sighed and went with him. Suddenly, Gaiyato appeared from under the table with a phone on him. "So I finally get to see your true colors, Martin. But I don't have any intentions to save that murderer either."
He left the room in a flash.
