Chapter thirty nine

Why is the whole kingdom in a mess ? ,queen Gema asked once she woke up from her sleep after losing all her positions .

My Queen ,Prince Wales and Prince Ahan have engaged themselves into a brutal fight ,Lydia announced .

What do I care ,those two can kill the hell out of each other if they want to and when they are done ,they can add up Krystal as surplus .

And you ,what are you still doing here in my chamber after your stupid Queen has snatched away all my positions in this kingdom .

She has really played her cards well by living me with nothing .

I don't hold any position, I'm now an ordinary queen with this ordinary and cheap crown ,she holds it and crashes it against a mirror .

I hate her and the sound of her name drives me crazy . Krystal my foot ,she once again crashes her elbow into the mirror .

Get out ,she screamed at Lydia who stood still with her hands behind her .

You are no more of use to me ,you were useless then and you will still be useless now because you serve a useless queen.

Henceforth ,I don't want to set my eyes on you and your stupidity ever again in my chamber .

'Calm down ,Queen Gema ,at least for your unborn baby and your two daughters .'

She gives Rachel a tight hug as she weeps in agony of being rendered nothing at the end of the day .

*The news of the brutal sword fight between Prince Wales and Prince Ahan had already spread around the whole kingdom and it had reached the king's chamber as well .*

'My king ,you are the only one who can stop your sons from killing each other ,a guard delivered this news and left on the king's orders ... '

He quickly pushed his mistresses away from his bed and ordered the handmaidens to get him dressed up .

**ON THE BATTLE FIELD **

Both mothers run to the field with their daughter in-laws only to find their sons and husbands battling against each other like enemies on the battle ground .

They tried to stop them but they didn't pay any attention until a whip landed at each other's back .

It was really painful since that was used on animals and not humans .

They both landed on their knees as another whip was landed at their backs one more time .

Prince Ahan screamed in agony as three more whips landed at their backs but prince Wales endured the pain in order not to give his brother the pleasure of seeing him in a helpless state .

But deep down ,there was someone who couldn't watch the Prince get whipped the way he was been whipped .

'I can't watch this anymore Laura .I can't stand and see him tortured this way . 'I have to do something about this '

Wait Krystal, there's nothing you can do about this .

This is not the time to play the role of a loving stepmother or a younger sister .

The king himself is whipping his sons because of their attitudes and you shouldn't get involved .

My queen ,if you go to the field to stop the king ,it is equal to retaliating against him .

It really seemed as if she cared for Krystal's safety at that moment than anything else .

'They both managed to convince her and sent her to her room to grab some rest .'

'While the king whipped the Princes ,queen Gema stood at the corridor of her chamber and toasted to it .'

Whip them some more ,she said smiling .

'I took years to bring you up as my great sons and is this how you show your greatness ?

By fighting each other ,do you think that you will honoured ?

Huh !! ,tell me ,he asked landing two more whips on each other's backs .

Is this how you trained up your sons ?, he questioned both their mothers who were shedding tears for their sons .

Take care of this mess because I won't tolerate such disrespect in my kingdom ever again ,he warned dropping the chain on the ground and left angrily .

Without hesitating ,both mothers and wives rushed to them and took them to their chambers .

**QUEEN CASSIE "S CHAMBER **

Mother ,Prince Roman called out and run to hug his mother in excitement as he held her hand and turned her around till she fell dizzy .

Son ,what's the matter ?

Oh come on mother ,didn't you see the show on the battlefield some moments ago ?

Thank God son ,when I heard that the Princes were fighting ,I thought you were involved .

My queen ,do you doubt your son's capability ? ,Monica interrupted .I raised him up to become a bold ,strong and intelligent young man .

He will never get involved in such a mess .

Mother ,I planned all this and got them both to fight the battle of death .

If they keep on fighting ,Wales will lose his position as crowned Prince and Ahan will not be worth it .
