Simultaneously

The courtroom was dead quiet. A massive room filled no one, yet the atmosphere felt full and stuffy. The wooden door swung wide open and Nana walks through the doors with her head held high and her posture upright. Behind her were two valkyries escorting her. 

On both sides of the court were wooden desks, on the right side was Mr Doe and one the left was a red haired boy with Jessie sitting next to him.

"Nana Zoldyer, your trial will begin now." The judge banged the wooden board with his gavalin. The judge wore an oversized black robe and half of his face was metal instead of skin. His right side completely cybernetic and his left side human. 

Nana didn't say a word and just walked up to the wooden stand in the middle of the room, directly facing the judge. She glanced to her left and saw Lin facing away from her. Nana wanted to say something but decided against it. "Nana Zoldyer, do you know why you're here in court today?"
