Nana sat in her seat, staring at the front of the class, at Magi. She looked at the clock, 8:59 AM, seconds before The Eclipsing.

"Anywa-"

"EVERYONE GET DOWN!" Nana interuppted Magi and shouted.

The clock struck nine and the windows shattered by a giant shockwave, sending glass shards across the entire classroom, large plumes of smoke filled the halls. This time, Nana wasn't as lucky, a large glass shard pierced her neck, decapitation her instantly.

Nana gasped as she woke up in a small bed of water, her hair wet and the clothes she wore soaked. "I've been killed TWICE IN THE PAST 2 MINUTES, CAN YOU JUST LET ME LIVE?" Her voice echoing through the walls of the cave, lighting up the cave. "Hello? Anyone?" Nana called out.

"Silence." It was her own voice talking back to her, "Our own weakness led you to me." A shadowy figure emerged from the darkness, "Nana." It was Nana, just this Nana was wearing a yellow robe and her skin tone was grey.

"Who are you?" Nana asked as she laid on the water.

"You see, I'm you, but better. I'm our deepest regrets but also our highest achievements. You can call me Ignotus." Ignotus suddenly appeared infront of Nana, with a knife held below her chin. She had appeared out of no where, as if vanishing and reappearing in an instant without even making a single ripple in the water.

"Way to make someone feel at home huh?" Nana joked

"Do not fool with me. We are truly the most incapable and worst prophet the book has chosen. We are not worthy of having the title 'Prophet'" Ignotus grabbed Nana's throat and pulled her up, raising Nana above her, "What a shame, such a beautiful girl yet so unlucky. You make me jealous with your gorgeous skin." Ignotus wrapped her hands around Nana tightly, she had pale gray hands, cracking as if they were a piece of pottery. Her eyes black, void of light as her pupil couldn't be distinguished.

Nana weakly wrapped her hands around Ignotus' arm, Ignotus was clearly physically stronger than Nana. "What do you want? To torture me?" Nana stuttered as her windpipe was being crushed slowly, "Look, I don't know what's going on, I'm just a regular girl attending a regular school wanting to be a regular witch. Now get off me." Nana started coughing, her windpipe was constricted and there was no airflow in her lungs, she started to turn blue as her veins popped out of her neck. "I SAID GET OFF ME!" Nana screamed, crushing Ignotus' hand. She fell into the water as a large red mark appeared around her neck, resembling that of Ignotus' hand.

"Ah yes, there it is. That juvenile angst." Ignotus' hand was completely ripped off, but there wasn't any blood, her hand evaporated as soon as it touched the water. It was as if she was made of ceramic. "Well, torturing us isn't far from the truth. I'm here to teach us what it means to be worthy of being the prophet." Ignotus had regrown a new hand as fast as it had been destroyed, she then took out a dagger she had kept hidden in her pocket, running towards Nana. Nana carefully studied her, her footsteps on the water didn't break the water tension, instead it appeared as if she was floating on top of it. "Come on now! Don't be scared, draw your weapon!" Ignotus lunged at Nana, slicing her cheek as Nana tried to dodge the attack, "Control your magic." Ignotus went into for another blow, this time aiming for Nana's legs. Ignotus slid across the water as if it were ice, while Nana was still ankle deep in the water, hindering her movement.

"Take this!" Nana pre emptively struck the ground below her, expecting Ignotus to be under her, only for her to hit the water, Ignotus had vanished. The water created a crown around Nana, through a little water droplet that had formed when Nana punched the ground, she could see where Ignotus was. Ignotus had appeared behind Nana, ready to strike her back. Nana couldn't block it in time as Ignotus pierced Nana's back with the dagger, inflicting a large wound on her. Nana groaned as she turned backwards, the knife still lodged in her back, turning and facing Ignotus eye to eye.

BAM!

Nana struck Ignotus' face with her hand reinforced with magic, breaking several bones as the jaw made a sickening crack sound. The skin around Ignotus' mouth had been cracked, revealing a dark gooey substance underneath the mask that was Nana's face. Ignotus' head was detached from her body, her head sent flying upwards while her body was stationary in the air. A black substance came out of the severed head, connected to the main body. The body of Ignotus' was still sentient, backing away from Nana immediately. "Amazing work! You really scared me for a second!" The severed head of Ignotus started talking as it landed in the water, "And here I thought we were hopeless! Then again, magic reinforcement is a basic move that any toddler could do. Not bad as a start." The body of Ignotus' walked towards the severed head, picking it up and reattaching it to the neck. The black gooey substance filled the cracks, slowly solidifying into the ceramic like solid that formed the outside of Ignotus' body.

"What the hell are you?" Nana reached her back to feel for the dagger, but it had disappeared, so did the wound the dagger had left. She touched her cheek and the cut that Ignotus had inflicted was also gone.

"Don't be scared, I'm us, didn't I already say this? I'm here to help you be worthy of the title of Prophet." Ignotus replied as she lunged back at Nana with her fist ready to strike. "Here I come!" Ignotus was becoming more child like, her voice increasing in pitch.

Nana tried blocking the oncoming blow by blocking it but was sent far back, her feet digging into the hard ground. Nana started to cough up blood.

"Aw come on! We barely even started playing!" Ignotus whined as she winded up another punch. This time, a light coating of wind was covering her arm, "Take a good good look Nana! This is called Magic Reinforcement! That stuff you did earlier? Technically it was magic reinforcement but it was pretty lame." Ignotus blew a raspberry. "Here, let me show you a real one!" Ignotus plunged her hand deep into the water, piercing the bedrock ground and shattering it, causing the entire cave to shake and move. The water however, remained calm, not even a single ripple had emerged from the punch Ignotus had thrown, as if her first just went through the water. "This is real magic!" Ignotus started chuckling, now she had taken the form of a young Nana, possibly the age of 8 or 9. "Now, let's see you try!" Ignotus vanished from Nana's sight. Nana was never good at conjuring magic, nor was she at combat. She was just freakishly strong, too strong for her own good. This was the first time in a long time she had properly used magic. She could feel a trace of magic appear from behind her, she knew Ignotus was behind her without needing to look. She quickly turned and grabbed Ignotus by the throat as she winded up a punch just like how Ignotus had. She could feel the blood run through her veins, the magic coursing through her blood, a large veil had covered Nana's hand causing it to seem larger. Her muscles bulging and her veins popping out.

"TAKE THIS!" Nana wrecklessly threw the punch at Ignotus, without seeing where it had landed. The punch narrowly avoiding Ignotus even though Nana had Ignotus in her hands. Ignotus was sweating, breathing hard, she had nearly experienced death. Behind Ignotus was a giant crater made by purely Nana's fists, the water splitting in half, crashing onto the cave's damp dark walls.
