Later that evening, CPS did pay her a visit, with Aiden and Gage in tow.
She let them in and listened to their terms.
"Mr. Lawrence has agreed to visiting you here and limiting his interaction with you to school and your apartment as you are restricted to those two locations at present, correct?"
She looked, surprised. "Uh, yes."
"Gage says you've been great at helping him with his school work but, since school will be out soon, you don't need to help him in that area in any way now, do you?"
"I suppose not." She agreed.
