What We Saw

~With Kaine and Heiji~

Heiji wakes up from his sleep.(looks around and sees Kaine is in bed too).

Heiji: Where am I ?

Nurse : The emergency room, don't fret, Kane is okay.

Heiji: That's great... and can I walk over there ?

Nurse : Yes you can …just careful... I'll let you be.

(walks away)

Heiji gets off the bed and walks to Kaine.

Heiji: What we saw back there it shouldn't be too bad, come back and fight with us.( holds her hands)

~Kaine dreaming~

You filthy vexed bloods...stealing people from me again. First my friend Amelia and now Drew.In a white room, Kaine looks around to see she's locked in with only windows and starts to cry.

Vira: Are you really crying ? (appears before Kaine)

Kaine: I don't know what you want... I don't have anything.(sniff)

Vira: Stay away from Drew ...he's mine !!!!

Kaine: You can have him ! I don't want him.

*Vira: You say that, but you keep appearing in his memories.

Rubine walks in and sees it all unfold.

Rubine: Don't worry, my dear, I got you.

Drew's eyes turn red and stare at Rubine.

Rubine: You are just making her love you more.(shoots Drew again in the arm).

Drew let's go Vira and Vira breathes in and out.

Vira : He ...bit ...me...he ...will…see…my ... memories...(faints)

Rubine: Not if I could stop him.

Rubine injects serum in Drew's neck.

Rubine: Honestly, Vira …with all these things you do ...you're lucky I stayed.( covers her wound and hugs her.) Stop risking your life for him.

~Rubine's memories with Drew~

*Rubine's voice heard from afar.

Rubine: You promised me if I stand down, I would have my child marry yours.

Alexster: I lied, can you forgive me? (reaches out hand to her)

Rubine: You are cruel ...but I forgive you...( reaches for his hand and kisses him back.)

Drew slowly walks away and finds Rubine on the back of him.

Rubine: Naughty boys shouldn't see this!!

Drew: I won't say a thing , I swear...

Rubine: Don't hurt my daughter, she's my pride and joy...what I couldn't do.

Drew: You were with my dad-

Rubine :Well, your mom didn't like to share. So I stood down. Calm down, Drew...go to sleep again.

Tatara and Anna appear with Rubine.

Anna: All this noise was you, Rubine?

Rubine: I was trying to stop this animal from hurting your sister Tatara.

Tatara: What is he ?

Rubine : He's a hunter of vexed bloods.

Tatara: No wonder he went after Anna.

Rubine: He had no choice, he wanted blood.
