So, if we apply logic to this, then we can see that since Snow White grew up in her stepmother's time, Snow grew up older than she originally was in her own timeline. Besides being older in this timeline, she was married to Huntsman and had a child named Florian. Because Snow White was/is a queen, that makes Florian a prince, as well as partially a hunter.

Huntsman, Snow White, and their son Florian lived happily, but Snow White did not feel completely like herself, so she went over to the home where Hilda lived. She asked Hilda's stepmother, if she could adopt Hilda, which the stepmother did agree to. The only reason that Snow adopted Hilda was because she kind of missed her stepmother.

She did not realize how much she missed her previous life, so Snow White had to make her new life a little better throughout, but simply the love of her children made it all the better. Due to her previous life, she did not choose to marry Prince Florian, but Snow White was just grateful to him because him loving her enough to wake her from an eternity of sleep.

Now in her new life, she will live in this different time and place where she could make her own choices with her husband, Huntsman and her children, Florian and Grimhilde. She loved this new life that she created for herself. She loved her husband and children, but most importantly she loved herself for finally being able to live by her own terms.
