Cai didn’t speak, he knew he needed to beat Omar right here. It was now or never. If he engaged with talks with Omar right now, it would disrupt his rhythm, meanwhile, Omar could suddenly say something vile and discourage Cai.
Cai decided to go easy yet, it was still his normal moves that he went with, but he had decided within himself that something was going to change.
Cai carried out an elastico, already expecting this, Omar wasn’t shaken. He followed up nicely, sticking out his leg to steal the ball. But Cai suddenly drew back, causing Omar’s leg to swipe the air, shaking his balance.
Omar frowned, Cai was moving even faster.
Omar fell low, but he leaned on Cai and used the little contact to regain his perfect balance. Cai used his heel to knock the ball backwards, then using his other leg, he moved the ball sideways.
Omar didn’t see this, so he kept on marking Cai. He was blinded by rage and all he wanted was to win the ball.
