"Urg what kind of braindead Mary Sue novel is this?"

"Even if she is the female lead, How can anyone constantly help those who try to kill them numerous times?"

"Not to mention the brain holes of the supporting characters who seem to question nothing regarding the female leads moronic decisions which affects them all"

Bai Hua threw the novel across the bed, As an avid reader of apocalyptic novels she becomes very enthusiastic when reading novels about survival and living in the last days.

She came across the novel "I Became the Landlord in the Apocalypse" At first it started great, the concept and world-building were quite good but the idiotic female lead stopped trying to survive and instead became virgin Mary trying to lead the people to salvation even those who constantly schemed against her.

In the novel 200 people across the world were selected by something called the landlord system. They each had one hundred points available and options to build wooden houses, wells, and roads in a territory allocated by the system on earth.

At first, these 200 people were shocked and thought they were losing their minds but as each of them shared their stories on the internet they realized they were not crazy.

Some fanatics even used the system to create wooden houses and wells shocking the internet when they posted a video of the buildings appearing out of thin air.

Many conspiracy theories arose and the government took notice, for fear of being experimented on, the landlords chose to keep silent about their ability.

To avoid mass panic, the government and several major media outlets released news of spreading false propaganda, they even created reports that the video was faked, even though it was livestreamed but what the hell this is a novel.

The masses quickly returned to normal and no one doubted anything!

The female lead Fang Shi was selected to be a landlord, She confided in her family about the system, and together studied its use.

However, no information was revealed except where the territory was located and how to upgrade to unlock more buildings.

It was Fang Shi's trusted childhood friend, and one of the male leads, Mo Feng, who saw that crystal nuclei were required to upgrade landlords.

Relying on sci-fi knowledge the family realized the apocalypse was about to begin.

They quickly sprang into action and prepared for the apocalypse.

A few months later zombies, mutant beasts, and plants entered the food chain.

The world was extremely chaotic but many people also awakened abilities, counterattacking against zombies, however, humanity faced even more deadly threats, nature.

Volcanic eruptions, ice age, heat waves, water, soil, and air pollution plagued the earth, the only places not affected were the landlords' territories.

Fang Shi in particular had one of the greatest territories in the apocalypse housing over 100,000 people.

Until this point the novel was okay, but the female lead became like a three-year-old constantly throwing tantrums and causing unnecessary trouble for the territory and the people.

The novel went like this:

Scheming character: "Hehe this plan will succeed, we'll finally get rid of those meddlesome people and snatch all their resources"

Main Characters: (Stop's evil scheme)"Even if you tried to kill me, take my resources, and leave me no way to survive the last days, I will forgive you since we're all humans"

Supporting Characters: (Claps) "So kind worthy of being the goddess."

Scheming character: (Feels grateful for a second) Who do they think they are looking down on me (thinks of another scheme)

And repeat.

One hundred chapters of that gave Bai Hua a severe migraine.

Still cursing the braindead idiots in the novel Bai Hua slept, only to wake up in the idiotic Mary Sue novel she had just read.

"It's been three days, I can confirm I've transmigrated into the shitty apocalyptic novels I rated one star"

When Bai Hua woke up and saw herself in a completely different environment she first laughed at the absurdity.

When she received the original owner's memories she frowned.

When she was scolded by the idiotic female lead she wanted to hurl.

Why on earth would God send her to this world, the apocalypse was only ever easy for the female lead, the rest of the people seriously suffered, especially the original owner who was a fake green tea that had to sell her body for a slice of moldy bread, stupidly offended the female lead and was kicked out the territory, dying in the hands of the mutated beast.

Ironically the original owner was the one person the braindead female lead chose not to forgive.
