Fiena Trials

"We were worried about you, we spent hours waiting but didn't hear anything back." Nyla ran to the two girls in front of her. Neither of them looked particularly happy, it bothered her a little but she waited for the rest of the group to join them. "We met the others when an opening was created on the wall, we walked through it and met these guys then there was another opening and we landed here."

Kavira nodded to Nyla's explanation. "We have a few things we need to discuss." Kavira's face was calm but Nyla knew there was something off. She may not have known the girl for too long but they were kind of like friends.

Linx walked up to Kavira but was looking at Leena, observing too see if she was okay. Clain caught onto Linx's gaze, he had the woman he loves and cares for but he is concerned for another woman?

"Kavira I don't think it is beneficial to say-" Leena wanted to speak but Kavira cut her off. "These group of people came here for me, I trust them enough to share with them everything I can."

"That isn't what this is about, we don't even know how this is possible." Leena didn't want to become passive aggressive so she simple turned to face the group. "Telling them something that could confuse everyone isn't idea either."

"Tell us what?" Linx's eyes hadn't left Leena's beautiful face until, it bothered her but she wouldn't dare to follow his gaze. As tempting as it was, he was not Izak, her Izak was gone.

"I am half of Leena's soul." Leena's expression dropped. She was hoping that Kavira would just let that go. Even if she was a part of Leena's soul she is now a whole different entity that moves and does things on her own without me. It was because of that very fact that Leena knew it wasn't wise to share such information. It also wasn't necessary.

"How? You two don't act or look anything alike." Nyla was right, Leena saw this and understood that Kavira's part of her soul may have developed it's own personality due to the person that once possessed the body.

"The Dragon Elder said that when Leena cane from her home world, her soul was split into two since she was never meant to cross over. The man with the cursed soul, Dracon, took this body and killed its host to place the other half of her soul here... She didn't say that but it seems like the obvious thing." Leena took out her two medium since scythe and threw them onto the ground.

She took a stance and immediately through a gust of cloud in Kavira's direction. "We are here to train, the faster we accomplish that the sooner I can save my cousin."

"You mean the lunatic that tricked you into coming here out of vengeance?" Kavira deflected Leena's magic.

"Yes. She may have done that but she is still my blood. Besides you didn't see her, she is all bruised up and hurt. Whoever this Kizuato is she had no mercy, so I shouldn't give him any either." Leena stretched her arms out in front of her and rose the rocks covering the cave ground. She levitated them around the group and then aimed them towards Kavira.

Kavira opened a portal in desperation and the rocks appeared over Leena's head. Leena burnt them all to ashes without even thinking. "Very good."

The Dragon Elder walked out from the shadows to when the group was and introduced herself. "You don't look like you want to rest at all, if you're ready to begin come with me."

Leena followed Rhea, Kavira wasn't about to be left behind. They made their way into a wooden corridor on the far side of the cave where they met Rhea. "This room was built to harness your powers and nourish them to the best of your abilities."

Kavira wasn't sure if she was supposed to raise her hand but she did it regardless. Something she forgot to mention earlier when she met the Dragon Elder. "Yes Kavira?"

"Elder Rhea, we brought a jade dragon staff with us. What can you tell us about it?" The usual calm demeanor that faded from Rhea's presence. Leena pulled the Dragon staff from her weapon bag. Kavira insisted she keep is so she presented it.

"This isn't right. Yùlóng only has one master, the first Fiena that ever existed. How are there symbols on it?" Rhea could not believe her eyes, this was a legendary weapon used by the first Fiena. Even she wasn't born when this staff's story reached around the entire Lost Realm.

"I believe that when Leena awake from being a stone statue the symbols appeared. The first time she touched it it turned bright red, it was like lava filled the symbols. Does this mean anything?"

Rhea took the staff from Leena's hand. She observed the staff in all its glory, it may not be at full power but she had very much underestimated the importance of Leena.

"It could mean so much."
