Wedding day

There was a pearly glow in the sky. The first rays of sunlight lit up the room. The dawn chorus of melodic birdsong drifted in. The rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky. Even the way the orange light glowed on the sleeping beauty, it showed it was the new beginning of the new journey; a married life.

Nevena twisted and turned, trying to get off whoever tried to wake her up.

"Just let me sleep, will you" she groaned irritatingly.

"If I let you sleep, wouldn't you miss your wedding?" She abruptly stood up. 

"Oh my word, I'm getting married" she literally ran to the bathroom, nearly tripping.

"Nevena calm down, you'll fall" Blessing shouted after her.

"How can I calm down…I'm freaking getting married?" She shouted.

"Lucky for you it's still early. Your hubby prepared lots of stylists to make you beautiful. Now get ready to be pampered before your wedding" the stylists came in to help her.
