At the border with the rebellion Admiral Villeneuve was staring at the magnificent view he had from the bridge. Twenty six years ago in the last battle he fought with the rebellion he was still a Lieutenant. Hundren of thousands of men had already died and everytime he thinks about it he shivers. He doesn't want to go through that again but its seems that it was inevitable special intelligence force had already reported that it was indeed an action from the rogue government.

On Earth the assembly with the information received from the intelligence forces were ready if the diplomatic mission were to fail and war broke out they will enact protocol Caesar. This protocol proclaims that all reserves forces shall be sent to the front, at least fifteen percent of robotic factories shall begins mass construction of military asset but also the government shall help the military with financial support and create new military factories with the help of the civil contractor.
