"Please, hear me out Diana, it isn't what it looks like. I am really your fairy guide and I don't regret it at all."
"I do not know who to trust anymore." Diana said, sitting down on the bed "What am I going to do?"
"Look...! If it makes you feel better I can take you to the library, but there's a problem." Eric explained quickly.
"A library? Why do you want to take me there?"
"I deduced that you want information and where is better than a library?"
"Very well! What is the problem?"
"The persons from the other side of the barrier are unable to enter there."
"You don't need to worry." Green said "She has light in her."
"I see. You can turn yourself a small just until we are out?" Eric asked while opening the door and checking around "We should hurry, Henry isn't that nice of a guy."
"Then, we should go." Diana told them as she got up "What are we waiting for"
"I can't become smaller." the fairy said, sadly "My mother took away my powers."
"I understand." Eric said before opening the door and put the hood on "Let's make a run to the exit!"
"And the guards?" Green questioned, scared.
Eric smiles and gets out of the bedroom, starting to run, being followed by Diana and Green that, as they got near the gates, two guards started to charge at them and the ones protecting the exit made a barrier of stone.
"And now?!" the girl asked, slowing down"
"Don't stop." Eric ordered continuing the same pace, then he put his hands up and shouted "Wind Strike."
The wall was broken to pieces and the guards fled away with it. As they got out, Green was out of breath and stopped to take a breath, but Eric went back and took her under the arm, before starting to run again.
"What do you think you're doing? Put me down."
"If you weren't her fairy I would let you there, so be grateful."
"I am! But did you have to take me under the arm? Am I a bag?"
"Very well!" he exclaimed as he put her down before picking her up again, this time bride style "Is it better?"
Green got more angry and started to hit him again, then they realized that Diana was gone.
"It is all your fault, now we have to look for my friend!" the fairy said, jumping out of his arms "She must have gone that way."
"Why do you think that?" Eric asked before he saw the flower crushed, making a path. "Oh! I didn't think of that."
"Are you sure you are a warrior? For me you are still a prince without a brain."
"You are one to talk. What were you thinking when you started dating the enemy?"
"His family isn't as dangerous as everyone thinks."
"You are blind by love."
"Am I? So..., why are you helping the enemy now?"
Eric didn't answer immediately but then he answered.
"Maybe the same reason as you."
Green got shocked by the news, but decided to let it go and fix the situation they were in.
"We are so in trouble if Chad knows."
"That I can agree with you."
Meanwhile, inside the forest, Diana saw that she was alone and got scared, it was the first time she was alone in that world and didn't know almost anything about it.
After walking some time, she saw a river and a woman walking towards the water and Diana remembered what Green told her and decided to stop her.
"Hey! What are you doing? Do not do that!"
The woman stopped and looked towards the girl, which made Diana notice a mark on her face, just like Francis had on his face.
"Why?" she asked sadly, sitting next to the river, crying "I am afraid that it is too late to go back now."
"I can make you company while I wait for my friends." Diana said gently, as she approached the woman."
The woman smiled and waited until Diana was near her, but not much, as she suspected the mark on the woman's face.
"My name is Esme Oliver. It is a pleasure to meet you, child."
"Same." Diana answered "You can call me Diana."
"Diana?!" the woman asked, thoughtful after hearing the young woman's name "Do you have a brother?"
"Yes! Why do you ask?" Diana suspected as she slowly stood up."
"Where are you from? I never saw you before." she asked, a little overjoyed "You look like my missing babies."
"I see." The girl understood and sat back down, now next to the woman "Did you lose them or something?"
"They were stolen from the hospital. I just remember my ex-husband taking them."
"That must be hard. My father is really cool, even if he works out of the country."
"What is his job?"
"Oh! It is really boring, you would not understand what type of things he does."
"Why is that?" the woman asked, confused " I know most of the jobs in this world."
"Well...!" Diana began by saying while scratching her neck, unsure of what to say "You can say he works with accounts and stuff, like in the banks and stuff "
"From Earth, then?!" the woman asked, seriously "What is his name? If you don't mind sharing."
"Edwin..." Diana answered, feeling in danger "Why?"
"Just curious. I never thought I would meet you so soon, Brown."
Out of a sudden the woman screams in pain before her wings open. they were half white and half black.
"Are you up alright?" Diana was confused, because she noticed that Esme wasn't herself anymore, just like David.
"Who are you? What did you do with miss Esme?
"You sure live up to your name, Brown." the woman said with different eye colors "For that I will tell you my name. I am the Queen of Dark, Aslan and I will take you with me."
"No! I won't let you do that." Chad said before appearing and pushing Diana back, at the same time making a scepter appear in his hand.
"You look like twins!"the woman was surprised and soon lost control of her body, giving Esme her turn to speak. "You must be my missing babies."
They caught Diana and Chad by surprise and they looked at each other, confused.
"I can assure you that they aren't, Esme!" a familiar voice was heard behind them "Let them go!"
