Chapter 54

She wasn't quite sure what this was, so she hit the yes button, and in a flash, she felt herself travel through a wormhole and was placed in what appeared to be a training area. In front of her was a screen that was trying to explain something to Adair, but she had no idea what it was trying to say.

She tried calling out to Cassandra, but either she couldn't hear her or was too busy cleaning up her mess to go back to help. She then wondered if there was a translation function on the screen, but that did not appear to be the case. Furthermore, she did recognize the language because it was the same language that her books were in and that the documentary was in.

She was really starting to get annoyed that she couldn't just understand everything, and this made her really wish her language teacher had done more than just give her flashcards, but she guessed that it was better than nothing.
