Element weapon manifestations

"Today's learning topic differs greatly from our previous lessons, doesn't it Mr. Tomiya?" Micheal inquired curiously. "Indeed, it does," Tomiya responded, "Today, we will delve into the concept of 'weapon manifestation' and explore its effect on the future development of an individual's elemental and unique skills."

Each individual present here should have by now materialized a weapon. However, these weapons must be items you can envision yourself wielding for a lifetime, due to the absence of a subsequent opportunity. Before we start the lesson, I want each one of you to approach the desk and declare your weapon choice. The first will be Michael.

Michael, thereafter, rose from his seat and walked down the aisle. He halted and swiveled to face his classmates.

"My initial weapon prior to my artifact were gauntlets. However, I no longer possess them since I was chosen by Hovic," Michael announced before retreating back to his place.

Next,"Aurora, you're up next."Aurora then descended towards the classroom. "My weapon of choice is a violin," she announced.

"Wait, what?" Reo interjected, perplexed by her choice. "That weapon is entirely a support mechanism, it's not designed for offense. You won't be able to defend yourself without activating an elemental ability."

"That's correct," Mr Tomiya confirmed before adding, "Unlike weapons that can inflict damage without the implementation of unique skills, she has opted for a weapon that remains harmless in the absence of an elemental ability."

The king attempts to articulate that selecting a weapon that requires skill to cause harm will greatly restrict individuals. Reo, reflecting on their conversation, realizes he has never witnessed Aurora participate in any combat. "She must really detest fighting," he deduces.

Subsequently, Tomiya invites the next participant, Liam, who announces that his weapon of choice is a sword. Meanwhile, other students ascend the stage, one by one, revealing their preferred weapons, common ones known for combat such as swords, spears, bows, knives, blades, and shields.

Reo, seizing the opportunity to learn more, leisurely approaches Aurora. He respectfully requests to witness her unique skill once the class is over. "That is interesting! You're already very curious about it, aren't you?", remarks Micheal. Aurora consents to Reo's request.

Simultaneously, Reo turns his attention to Amelia, inquiring if she was aware of Aurora's weapon preference. Amelia positively confirms his query, nodding her head in agreement.

"Reo Vermont," Mr. Tomiya addressed. Reo acknowledged his name with a curt "that's me". He then stood up from his seat, walked towards the front of the class, and focused his energy to summon his weapon. Once he accomplished this, he returned to his seat.

"Amelia Vermont," Mr. Tomiya called out next. Amelia stood up, walked to the front of the class, and focused her elemental energy into her hands to manifest her weapon. Once she completed this task, she had concluded the procession of students.

Mr. Tomiya utilized this moment to pose a thought-provoking question to the class, "What is the difference between elemental energy and elemental aura?"

Reo was quick to respond, immediately raising his hand and articulating his understanding. "Elemental energy, I believe," he began, "is the energy dispersed throughout a person's body when they embody an element. Elemental aura, on the other hand, occurs when a person centers their elemental energy into a specific body part, thereby guiding the energy to radiate from that section. This method can enhance the efficacy of their abilities."

Mr. Tomiya cut him off in the middle of his explanation, "Alright, Reo." This interruption was met with laughter from several students.

With a hint of regret, Reo expressed, "Apologies, I have overstepped, haven't I?" Mr. Tomiya responded with a playful smirk, "No need for apologies. I'm pleased to see you dedicating yourself to studying. Reading is pivotal, and I trust it will serve as a valuable tool, unlike for certain individuals in our midst." Mr. Tomiya's gaze landed on Micheal as he made that comment, earning a round of laughter from the class.

"Alright, that's enough for today," Mr. Tomiya declared, bringing the day's lesson to an end. They would continue with the topic tomorrow as the students eagerly made their way to the dormitory.

Reo lingered, approaching Mr. Tomiya with a heavy query on his mind. "Mr. Tomiya," Reo began, causing the teacher to look at him with a knowing gaze. "Yes, what is it, Reo?"

Reo found the words to voice his question, "After employing a unique skill, what might cause one to hear voices in their head?"
