Affair

I could feel someone gently shaking me and I moaned, rolling towards the person shaking me. The hand was neither hot or cold, and I couldn't help the smile that graced my face as I gently laced my fingers with Luc's.

"Luc," I whispered softly, opening my eyes to see the hybrid leaning over me. He was smiling slightly as he looked into my changed eyes, stroking my face with his free hand. I didn't notice Cissi or Stella anymore, so I assumed Luc must have sent them away once he woke up.

"I'm glad you're okay," he whispered softly and I slowly sat up, wrapping my arms around his neck as he held me. I rubbed my face into his chest, taking in his scent as I sighed happily. "I was worried."

"Because of the change?" I asked into his shirt and I heard his hum of agreement. I pulled back to meet his gaze, looking into his red eyes as I frowned. "What happened?"
