"The Forest's Cursed Spirit, May,"

To his announcement, everyone was left flabbergasted. 

They never fathomed their beloved town mayor to be the horrible spirit of the forest.

"...What?"

"Don't be ridiculous, Zephyr, the tale of the cursed forest is going around for the past centuries. How can you say this?" Khaleed asked angrily.

The merest thought of his daughter not being the one he considered her to be shattered his heart.

He just lost his sons, hearing the news about his daughter was unbearable for him. 

"Exactly. For what reason are you calling our mayor a spirit?" 

"Yes! Miss Tera devoted all her life to us! To the town!" 

"She can't be this," 

The town's people supported her, again pointing their weapons towards Zephyr who refused to lower his sword from Tera.

Knitting her brows together, she placed her hand over her waist, returning a perplexed reaction.
