TO DELVIN AND OTHERS,
Stopping to catch their breaths, Janessa was sitting next to Delvin who was setting up the fire.
"Hey,"
"Hey, did you get the water?" He tried to speak in his cheery tone but failed.
"Yes,"
His gaze was gloomy, he was endeavoring too hard to get over Judy's death.
She noticed it, eyes softening with compassion watching him struggle with the fire and helping him in lighting it up sweetly.
"Thanks."
He was about to get up and walked away but she held his wrist.
He was hesitant when she rubbed his forearm a little.
A graceful smile on her lips that brimmed uncontrollable solace in his chest, her touch felt divine, it soothed his blazing her.
"Everything will be alright,"
And she applied an indirect ointment on his emotional scars with her melodious voice.
Smiling, his hand shifted to intertwine their fingers with an adorable eye-contact.
