Test run

*This chapter was written from the perspective of Michael Delvar. He narrated it in the first person*

My name is Michael Delvar. I was formerly a soldier of the Dalmacian army. Now, however, I am just known as Subject 35419.

Two years ago, I was part of an expedition that took several soldiers led by the Dragoon commander Gregg Raines to the Eastern Continent. The expedition was difficult, but we were finally gathering intelligence on the Eastern army. Unfortunately for me, with a few others, I was captured by the enemy. They used monster soldiers to kill most of our comrades, and at the moment, we did not understand why instead of killing us, they settled for capturing us.
