Guardian Wardens

The chains shattered like glass after many strikes from Calliope's sword. Marcus and Celestine both struggled to fight back against what was left of the common folk and prisoners, hacking and swinging away at any that got too close, overwhelmed and injured but still fighting.

"We will head past them and focus on the ones throwing the projectiles." Calliope ordered before pulling Colton up, expecting him to follow.

Colton quickly grabbed his hammer and joined with Calliope, rushing past the carnage going on in front of them. The two kept fighting, only aided by Quill and the healers who tried to aid them from a distance.

They ran past the crowd of enemies, fighting their way through and getting injured in the process. For a moment, Colton's focus stopped as he saw a projectile fly by, a chain from one of the people he was ordered to kill.
