An assassin

All you could hear was the sound of swords hitting against each other, each move they took was very calculated, it started as a training battle, but it slowly turned into a battle between two warriors

"Stop holding back!" Athena shouted as she kicked Deimos in his stomach, but he caught her leg and pulled it which made her fall

Just as he was about to put his sword on her throat, Athena used her other leg and pinned his head between her leg

"Damn it!" Deimos shouted and used his legs to lock Athena's head and pulled her to her other side making her leave him alone and fall further away from him, but before he could even breathe, she came faster than before and this time she hit him on his waist with the back of his sword and then when he bent down a little, she used his knee as a stepping stone and chocked his neck using her leg and they both fall.

The final result was Deimos's neck being leg locked and a sword on his neck and Deimos pointing his neck straight at Athena's neck

"Aren't you one lucky man?" Athena said and let him go therefore making him withdraw his sword

"You're fast," Deimos said to her

"And you catch on moves real quick" Athena said

"But my dear, seems like we have an audience" Deimos said and when Athena looked around, every knight was around them

"Greetings your majesty" the commander of the knights finally greeted

"Good morning," Deimos said as he lay still next to Athena who was also lying down

"Your majesty, who might this young female knight be?" the commander asked

"Is she someone who will be joining in the first line?" a knight asked

"Maybe she'll be the new commander, did you see how she fought with his Majesty?" another asked

"Or will she be an assassin because of how fast she is?" The deputy commander asked

Athena stood up first and reached her arm to Deimos who got up with her assistant

"She is not a knight, nor is she going to be one, that's unless she wants to. This is your future empress, my fiancee Athena Rosa" Deimos said and put his arm around Athena's waist

"Hello" Athena greeted and smiled

"You have to be joking," the commander said

"Not at all," Deimos said

"But how is that possible?" the deputy commander asked

"What they all mean is to say, we are very pleased to meet you, Empress Athena," a knight said and bowed his head therefore making everyone bow their heads

"I'm pleased to meet you too. I hope that we all get along in the future" Athena said and smiled

"Thank you, Empress, but I have a question," the deputy Commander said

"What is it?" Athena asked

"How long have you been trained to be a knight, did your parents plan for you to be a knight at a young age?" he asked

"I was never trained by anybody to be a knight, but I trained myself to be an assassin from a young age" she answered

"You trained yourself!?" the commander asked as shocked as everyone was

"Yes, I was interested in being an assassin from a young age you see" Athena said and smiled

"Those are wonderful skills you have," he said and Athena smiled

"Okay, I'm tired, shall we go and take a bath, my love?" Deimos asked cutting the conversation short

"Of course, see you all soon" Athena said and smiled then left with Deimos

"Things are going to be interesting in the North" a knight said and they all nodded
