Rebecca's life is completely changed when she is taken to Xilentia: a magic school situated in one of the five realms of the Otherworld. A parallel world to Earth in which mystical creatures and superpowers are commonplace. However, her fate is revealed when the evilest and powerful dragon picks her, such a thing happened only once every thousand years but Pagos never made mistakes and always chooses the person who was evil enough to destroy the whole universe and strong enough to take over humanity. Was that a sign her true nature was villainous? Will she succeed in being the first good ruler of the universe or will she let her evil nature take over to begin massive destruction? As If life wasn’t already hard enough she soon ends up falling in love with the last person she should fall in love with. Abstract quote: "When they stop loving you where does that love goes? Can It be found again?" "No, dear. It can't. It just melts like snow on sidewalks. Leaving nothing but the memory of what once was a stunning picture to praise." Abstract: “So this is it? You will not even let me try to make things right? You just cut me off as if the kiss meant nothing?” She bawled. “I am sorry, Rebecca. There are rules that must be followed and we’re not made to be together. This is the law and how it’s supposed to be. Do you know what could happen if we let our love bloom?” “What could happen?” She took a step forward and with a broken voice and eyes filled of tears she whispered, “the only thing I see happening is US. Finally happy, finally together. This is what I want. You and me.” He sighed, as he took a step towards her as well, reducing the distance between them. His warm hand touched her cold cheek and she gently leaned upon it. “I want that too. More than anything in the entire universe. But if the magic world will know about us, it will cause so much trouble and an inevitable downfall of the school’s reputation. Moreover, the council will haunt me.” “It’s not about that Andreas. It’s about whether you think our love is worth fighting for or not. I’ll let you choose. Because I already know my answer.” [The cover belongs to the respective owner.]

He hanged up the phone. Rebecca stared at him waiting nervously for an explanation.

"She can meet you in one hour." He said.

She immediately startes to shake and worry. Maybe she needed to make herself presentable, wear something more appropriate than her usual short tennis skirts with a basic vintage top.

"You look great" Andreas smiled, reassuring her concerns.

"What should I tell her?" Rebecc sighed. She wished she had more time to plan what she wanted to ask her and to tell her.

"Just tell her how you feel toward her, whether is good or bad."

"I need to change my clothes." She saif heading to her room.

She opened her sorted wardrobe and started throwing the clothes on the bed complaining she couldn't find whatever she was looking for.

Andreas giggled looking at her.

"Here it is!" She said holding a light blue long v neck side split dress. She closed the door and wore it.

She matched the dress with some blue heels and she put some mascara and some perfume on, then she finally walked out the door.

Andreas looked at her in astonishment, "wow" he whispered as he couldn't stop staring at her.

"Is it too elegant?" Rebecca checked herself in the mirror.

"No. It's perfect." Andreas said gazing at her exposed leg.

"This is the dress she gifted me before prom" she stated.

"We should go." Andreas says smiling lightly. She nods as a response.

He drew in the air a sign while he pronunciated inaudible words.

He closed his eyes and the sign started shining as if it was written with magic ink.

"When you are ready, close your eyes." He said showing a supportive smile. Rebecca'a fingers were delicately touching his arm. He looked down at her hand and holds their fingers together. She smiled shyly. His touch encourages her and after a few seconds, she closed her eyes.

When they reopenes their eyes they find themselves in what looked like an ulterior dimension.

They had a bad headache probably due to their teleport and they hardly get up from the floor on which they were thrown.

She looked around puzzled. It was like they were floating in space, surrounded by the galaxy.

In front of them, some meters away appeared Angelina. She was wearing a tailored elegant dress, her hair was shortly cut but still, her facial features looked exactly like Rebecca. When she saw her, she immediately startes to feel emotional.

"Hi" she murmured trying to choke back tears.

Angelina ran toward her and hugges her tightly.

"You look so much more gorgeous than I thought."

She said sobbing, she teared up.

Angelina walked backward, keeping a huge smile on her face, probably waiting for her to speak.

"I wanted to see you." Her voice was trembling but her gaze was determined and confident. She continued: "I've been wondering for years why you've never tried to contact me."

"Because so many people are looking for me and I didn't want to put your life at risk." she explained herself holding Rose's hands.

"Then why now you've accepted to meet me?" She asked in a tone of resentment that could be perceived by her voice.

"Because now there's Andreas who can protect you." She said gazing at Andreas whose shared a quick smile.

"And where is my .. my dad?"

When Angelina heard that question she rattled a little as she spoke "He says hi. It's already very dangerous to make Andreas let you meet me. You have to be patient." Her state was not as confident as before. Rebwcca remaines silent for a few seconds, then she whispered "I'm happy to finally meet you."

Angelina's smiled hugely her eyes were flashing in joy, she whispered: "Me too."

Rebecca wanted to ask her so many questions but at that moment, all she could ever think of was how happy she was for having met her. She couldn't imagine that she accepted to meet her and she was just as happy as her. It was giving her a shred of hope that one day, sooner or later, they could finally live together like a real family.

"I need to go now, Becca. Just remember that I'm proud of you, I'll come to meet you soon, I promise." She said, hugging Rebecca.

Rebecca nodded smiling, she lookes at her disappearing in the dark but this time, with the certainty that she would come back. For the first time in a long time, she was truly happy, and she couldn't wait to see her again.
