Yi Lin had no intention of grinding through this dense mass of monsters.
In turn-based combat, wouldn't this take until the cows come home?
Wang Tiandi hung his head low, his nose twitching.
He suddenly turned his head and gestured to Yi Lin with a "shh" sign before pointing in a particular direction.
Yi Lin's gaze sharpened.
Only then did he notice a dark cave entrance in the direction Wang Tiandi was pointing.
The entrance was covered by a dense array of vines from above, blending seamlessly with the surrounding colors, as natural as could be. If one didn't look carefully, it was easy to overlook with just a cursory glance.
Like a shadow, Yi Lin quietly parted the vines and slipped inside.
The cave was dimly lit.
As Yi Lin stepped inside, a rhythmic snoring sound was faintly heard.
Accompanied by the snoring was the pungent smell of something raw and fetid, hitting him head-on.
Not far away.
A huge shadow lay quietly there, its eyes closed, as if asleep.
