Chapter Two, Chung-Hee

"Si-Woo, Wake up!" A different voice called out, this one seeming more angry and demanding.

I opened my eyes slowly, blinking a few times before finally getting a good look at my surroundings, I was inside a collapsed building, and there in front of me stood a man, he had beautiful long white hair that clumped up in a ponytail, the way it flown along with the soft breeze, and beautiful soft yellow eyes. I was lost in a daze starring at him as he went on talking till he smacked my head.

"Are you even listening to me?! Si-Woo get out of your head! And listen to me! We almost died! I swear did you hit your head to hard or something.." He said frustrated while pushing his bangs back and ruffling his hair as I stayed silent.

"I'm sorry for dozing off, but I'd like to ask, who are you? Where are we? What's up with the place? Why is it destroyed?" I nervously asked.

The man stared at me with a blank face while stepping closer, "no way…did you actually loose your memories or something….I didn't think you got hit that hard when we played that game…" he said while sighing and sat down in frustration.

What is he talking about? Who is he? Does he know me? It doesn't make sense… I'll be stuck clueless if I don't ask questions now.

"I'm sorry, who are you? I'm not aware of what's going on but I would really like a Explanation, if you'd please give me one" I asked while rubbing the back of my neck still wary and confused.

He just stared at me for a minute before giving a sigh and scratching his head, "I'm Chung-Hee, your best friend" he answered then sighed, "I know your thinking it so let me explain, we came out of a game called Falling Ruins. Falling Ruins is a pair game, so there are 20 people in total, and 10 pairs, and only 5 winners, and the prizes are food such as canned beans, canned fish, etc, and resources, But there is a catch to the amount of players, since there are 10 pairs, only one person gets to do the course, the other is hanging to a rope by a harness, you must complete all 5 obstacle courses then use a rope swing over to your partner to catch them, to save them before they fall into the void below. He explained while gesturing to the bag besides him that was slightly bloated.

He explained that the game involved lots of physical activity, including Combat. The game's obstacles were even more difficult in total there were 5 obstacle courses, the first obstacle was no good since it was the most dangerous considering how everyone had to use the rusted steel metal bars that were apart of the broken and rusted building, they hung over a void below as a way to get across to the other side to start the second obstacle course, two of the pairs out of ten, Fell and only 8 remained, their partners at the end were most likely doomed since they would have nobody to catch them with a void below them. The second course was slightly better compared to the first, the second was a rope with knots in between, leading out to the second obstacle, which was walls overlapping, either tall or small, they had to take a long time to climb over them while they moved up and down, since they were spaced out of course it wasn't a easy task, below was a void filled with Decay Reapers which is ranked S, Decay reapers are creatures whose bones are outlined along its body, it has no muscle, just all bones, but just because it's appearance seems weak but it's agility and speed is something you cannot escape.

After the Second obstacle the third obstacle will begin, it began on the third floor, where all players must fight against the creatures in the room, Red fur Nightwolfs, a rank B creature that has red fur, the red fur Nightwolf has a very slow speed but is very smart, this wolf is no regular wolf, it can cause illusions to attack its prey, which makes up for its slow speed. During the third faze you must kill at least 5 Redfur Nightwolfs to ascend to the next Obstacle, and out of 8 players, 7 moved on. The fourth Obstacle is the room that nobody was given information on, so everyone being wary entered the room with caution, the fourth room had nothing, except a ladder to the next obstacle, the fifth obstacle which was a arena, made for Everyone to fight, there were ropes, and 7 players left to save their teammate from falling to death. After 5 ropes are moved and 5 of the other players are saved, other players fall to their death from the fifth floor, meanwhile the game releases The decaying Reapers for the remaining players, Since Chung-Hee was present and watching Me fight, he told me a piece of the ceiling fell on my head and made me stumble, but I was still the first to grab the first rope, even though he asked me if I was ok he claimed I said I was fine, and we returned back to base, and that's when I knocked out Cold.

"So, After I knocked out I lost my memory? Over a small piece of the building? Just like that?" I exclaimed while Chung-Hee threw Twigs into the fire.

"Yes Si-Woo, now quit it with the questions and eat the damn beans." He tossed a canned bean can over at me as I caught it and stared at it before zoning out once again.

"Si-Woo." A voice called out.

Who's calling me? Once again? Who's calling for my name…

Si-Woo looked around as if everything was in slow motion, before catching a glimpse of himself outside the window, a completely perfect clone, the window was barricaded but he still saw himself, peaking, watching… the window had no glass so it couldn't be a reflection.

"Chung-Hee who is that?!" Si-Woo exclaimed and Pointed at the window as Chung-Hee grabbed his Crossbow and aimed it ready at the window, only for both of them to see, Nothing.
