Chapter 93: Acceptance - 2

Axel is bitting his nails while staring at the monitor. He must delete every footage there is in CCTV'S in every nook and cranny of the street that will give away the information of the where about of Dexter's hostage which happens to be the brother of his pervert boss. Lately he's getting less sleep and rest but Axel is not complaining he has been to much worst before. The only reason why he's getting enough sleep is because of Jules. Axel sighed after remember it, he somehow suddenly miss Jules so unconsciously he grabbed the collar of the long sleeves he's wearing only to smell it. He has been wearing Jules clothing whenever he's at home, it somehow brings him the sense of security.

"Sweety." Axel felt a hand hold his chin and turned it to his side then he felt a warm wet lips lock in to his. It was a simple light kiss Axel opened his eyes when he felt that familiar lips pulled away from him. "Just as I thought your welcome kiss is as sweet as I had imagined it could be."

"Jules you're back." Axel whispered, he was surprised he didn't even heard footsteps and he didn't even heard the door opening. He was really surprised but seconds later a wide smile appeared on his lips as he jumped to his husband and Jules gladly catched him. "You came home early." Axel said, he was really happy, happy to see Jules comes home to him wherever he is. If he's being honest with himself the two of them has no specific place they can call their own but being with each other's side is what makes it their home. All his life Axel has been without home for him it is just a place where he could rest for a little bit but after being with the kids and Jules he realized that a home can't just be a place but it could be someone you always goes back to. Then he gave a light kiss to his forehead before telling him "Yeah I'm home." Jules lean forward till both of their lips touch. There was a leak about his plan cause if it weren't then it wouldn't reach me and I wouldn't have known. I found ten kids alive but I only manage to save 3." Jules can see deep sadness and regrets in Axel's eyes. He knows that his wife is still somehow tied to his past and till they finish and totally bring his wife's enemy down Axel will remain tied up to his past that's why Jules is set to bring the organization down with the help of his cousin.

"I know where ever he is he's thankful that you manage to save at least 3 kids and those 3 kids are now happy living a life like normal kids. I won't let them hurt you ever again." Jules kiss him on top of his head." Axel hugged Jules and burry his face to his broad bare chest. Axel cried because of many things, sadness and regret because of the things he couldn't do before and love and happiness because he's thankful that he met a wonderful man who he can rely on.

Axel woke up at the scent of something delicious. He presume that it was Jules doing. The man couldn't sit still whenever he visits him, he's still undercovering so he can't still go home or it might blow their cover and Jules being a supportive husband goes back and forth from work, their house and him. Jules step outside of the house for a moment. He got angry at the thought of Axel having less regards and care for his body and we'll being. He accepted everything in Axel from his past down to his medical condition, he accepted everything that's related to him but what he can't accept is the fact that he has been disregarding his own safety and health. Jules came home and from the distance he can see Axel sitting on the steps of the building waiting for him. When Axel saw him the Omega got up and opened his arms wide as if asking for a hug from him.

Jules didn't brush it off instead he hugged back his wife. "I'm sorry." Axel said apologizing for his childish behavior.

You are always putting yourself in harm's way. I know I should accept it as part of yourself but I really couldn't accept this one. I can accept everything about you but not the fact that you are thinking so little about your health and safety." Jules pulled out from the hug. "I'm sorry." Axel said. He doesn't know how to react nor what to say. Jules was the only person who ever made him feel precious. "I'll try no," Axel shake his head. "No I'll do it. If it can make you happy then I'll do it. Just please don't walk out on me again ok?" Jules nodded in response. Axel kissed Jules deeply and passionately till they heard someone coughing. It was an old man passing by to get inside the building.
