Never in a million years did Marcus think that he will be chosen as the marriage candidate for the king of werewolves. Especially when he is a prince and not a princess! Adam's conditions
Royan twirled Aida around him as the music played on. He was dancing with her but his mind was elsewhere.
He was thinking of Adam and how the male refused to help him break the curse. It infuriated him to meet a person that acted as his friend but behaved like his enemy.
Convincing Adam to break the curse was the only job that Marcus trusted him with but the boy was brought adamant about not helping.
He could not think of ways that he could convince Adam to help. Royan used all the tricks in the book but the boy refused to budge.
It was getting on his nerve. His body shook with anger at the thought of the arrogance of the man. Adam acted as though he was the heir of the Seat and not him.
There was a big difference between their status and it didn't right that Adam gets to act entitled before him.
