The Currency System

Eric finds a system that can create 'people' who can cultivate but how far will he go when he can't cultivate. New chapters drop every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I might drop some during the weekends but no guarantees. This is my second time writing a novel. I hope you like it. I know that there are a lot of improvements that I can make so I would appreciate it if you could write down what I can do to improve the story and give suggestions for the story.

Second Auction

Eric decided to charge per hour to the people using those formations. For the low-level one, it would cost 1 silver/hour, for the medium one it would cost 10 silver/hour and finally, the high-level one would cost 1 gold/hour.

Though it would look cheap compared to pills and equipment of the same level, it was because it could only be used and not owned like the other items.

While Eric was doing that, Davor had sent out all the invitations for the auction that would happen the next day.

This auction was different from the last one. There would be more rules added.

There would be no fighting allowed. Everyone was to wear masks and change their voices using the voice-changing pill given by the store.

This would make it so that no one besides the store would know who was participating.

One reason that Eric did this was so that no one used their cultivation or influence to bring down the price of items, which would get Eric to lose out on money.

The auction started with no problems. The crowd was very different from before. Everyone who came to the auction this time was rich and powerful.

10 high-ranked pills got sold and as the audience thought that was going to be the end of the auction, the auctioneer kept on going.

"The next item up for auction is a 1-star high-rank gauntlet."

"OMG, I thought that they were only selling high-ranked pills but to think that they also had high-rank equipment."

The gauntlet was bought up for 70 gold coins before another high-rank item was called out again. This would happen three more times.

The auction sold an entire set of high-rank equipment, but different people got different parts of the set and no one got more than one piece.
