~~~ SEVEN YEARS AFTER ~~

"Alex, are you done packing your things? We're leaving early in the morning tomorrow." Her mother said.

After the couple has Alex, they lived peacefully in the middle of the forest far away from where they found her, but the couple didn't lie about everything to her. She is well aware of her past.

Alex lived in a happy family. After all, her father, Henry, thought her how to fight and to be strong. With this, she is not isolated in the forest. Every week the whole family go to the city and stay for a whole day because of that Alex made a few friends.

"Mother, I don't want to leave this place. Frances is here, she is my best friend, my trusted friend, and I'm not going to leave her alone." Alex argues to Carol.

"Please, stop complaining about our departure. We'd talk about this before and you agreed to it. Your father work is way better in the south than here. Also, it's our birth land." Alex can't fight back to her mother because that's the truth she can't deny.

Henry had no choice but to move back to the south even though he doesn't like to. He wanted to take away Alex in that place but the offered they asked me was way better than my work here. Although, he knows that it will not be easy for everyone but he takes the risk for they're future.

"Carol, are you all done packing?" Henry asked as he arrived home from the city. He didn't tell her wife that their job will be in the palace. He wanted them to first move their before he told them.

Early in the morning, Alex was not in the mood to wake up but she has no choice. Her father immediately goes to her room and helps her to put her things in the carriage. In this state, Alex has no choice but to leave her best friend.

"Father, Mother how far it was to travel so far? How can I see Frances again? Alex's questions to her parents remain unanswerable. The couple shut their mouths to ease their daughter's pain because of leaving.

Little Alex knows this will be her last time here and they will never be back here. She just always knows it. The carriage stopped that she didn't even notice. Her mother tapped and look at her with a meaningful look. Alex remains quiet as she looks around the place. She can say that there's nothing new. Still like they're never been moved. Until now, She didn't realize that their house was just near the southern palace.

~~~ A week later ~~~

Alex was roaming around in their new place. She never knew what's the consequences she was going to face because of her action.

"Who are you? Are you a spy?" Its stunt Little Alex when she heard the voice. It was a boy, she knows it, with power in his voice. She stayed in her position and answered him instead.

"I was just roaming around. I lived nearby in an old cabin for a small family." There's no fear in her voice. The boy was shocked by the way she speaks. There's something different about this girl but can't determine it so he set aside everything and said,

"How dare you to disrespect me? Turn around and reveal yourself to me!"

Little Alex turned slowly until she faced the boy.
